| 中文摘要： | 建筑业是我国国民经济的支柱产业，在全面建设小康社会事业中发挥着重要的作用。随着改革的持续深入，我国市场经济进程不断加快，社会分工的逐步细化以及竞争国际全球化的趋势愈演愈烈，我国建筑行业所面临的环境发生了巨大变化，古老落后的管理方式已经不能满足企业生存竞争的基本需求。 面对竞争日益激烈的建筑承包市场，如何解决建筑施工企业存在的一系列问题，提高管理水平和经济效益，已经是全行业所共同面对的课题。在信息化高速发展的今天，建筑施工企业作为一项传统产业，目前已经完全处在竞争市场环境下，信息化作为一项重要管理手段而为各建筑施工企业竞相推崇且愈演愈烈。 结合作者自身在A集团的工作经验，研究和分析了建筑施工企业管理粗放低效的行业现状，针对该特征结合信息化理论构建了相关业务模型，并且建立和实施了建筑施工企业信息管理系统。通过该系统在A集团的推广应用，使得公司的管理水平和管理效率得到较大提升，并且获得了良好的经济效益。 本文通过分析该信息系统在A集团的实际的研发、推广与应用，着眼于先进的管理理念，利用先进的信息技术，探讨出适合行业特点的、切实可行的管理模式和系统，实现业务处理标准化、核心流程最优化、工程管理过程化、信息处理集成化、决策支持智能化、企业管理透明化，以达至"低成本竞争、高品质管理"的目标，从而提升企业核心竞争力，推动行业科技进步。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Construction is a core industry in China, occupies an important position in the national economy and playing an important role in building a moderately prosperous society. As the reform continued in-depth, accelerating the process of market economy, the gradual refinement of social division labor, and trend of competition globalization, China's construction industry is facing tremendous changes in the environment, the old management method can not meet the basic needs of enterprise survival competition any more. For an increasingly competitive construction market, how to solve a series of problems, improve the management level and economic efficiency become an issue to the whole industry. Today construction enterprises, as a traditional industry is now fully in competitive market environment，and information technology work as an important management tool for the construction enterprises more and more. Base on author’s work experience in the A group, researching of the construction enterprise management industry inefficient status, we build a business model for MIS system. By establishment and implementation the MIS system in the A group, company's management obtained great enhance and have got good economic value also. By analyzing the systems actual research、development and implementation in A Group, focus on advanced management concepts, using advanced information technology to explore the characteristics suitable and practical management systems, to achieve standardization of business processes, optimization of core processes, procedural of project management, integration of information processing, intelligent of decision support, transparency of enterprise management, and to reach "low-cost competition, high-quality management" strategies to enhance their core competitiveness. | |
