中文摘要：	随着全球化时代的到来，无论是跨国公司还是本土公司，都会受到国际环境变化的直接或间接的影响。本论文则站在已经在进行或将要进行国际化经营的企业的角度，深层次的去识别这些国际环境的不确定性，即国际风险，以使得我国企业在走出去的过程中，能够对各种国际化经营障碍有个清晰的认识，保持警惕并做好对应的防范措施。 本论文通过建立整合国际风险的识别机制，在确定识别主体客体、识别流程和方法的基础上，对整合国际风险进行了三个层次上的识别。首先，对整合国际风险进行来源上的识别，即通过大量的文献检索尽量全面地总结出以往被学者广泛讨论和引用国际风险，在文中我们称其为风险因素，并界定了本研究认为比较常见和关键的11种风险因素，将其归为四类：政府风险、市场风险、技术风险和管理风险。然后对各个风险因素逐一进行分析，根据每一种风险因素的特点来探讨它们是如何影响企业国际化经营的。最后，本论文分析了国际风险在企业处于不同国际化阶段时的不同表现，即对整合国际风险在企业国际化进程中的变化特征进行了动态的识别。在研究整合国际风险的变化特征识别时，本论文以国际化涉入程度取代我们所熟悉的进入模式来作为衡量企业国际化进程的标准，这样做最大的好处就在于，进入模式只是有限的几种形式而且并不一定会遵循某一种路径，即必须从某种进入模式发展为另外某种进入模式，作为其国际化拓展的进程，而国际化进程应该是一个连续的过程，涉入程度则可以恰当的反映这个由低到高的连续的过程。 在进行国际风险识别的理论研究后，本论文还以进行国际化经营的中国企业为调研对象进行了实证研究。本研究通过利用问卷进行调研和数据统计分析，验证了我们在理论推导中所得出的国际风险变化特征的结论，并对我国企业对国际风险的态度有了新的认识。
英文摘要：	In the age of globalization, whether Multinational Corporation or local company will be influenced direct or indirect as the international environment changed. The thesis will recognize the uncertainty of the international environment, namely international risk, on the side of the companies which have or will carry through the international operation. Then our local companies could know the different kinds of blocks in their oversea operation ways, and keep guard to defend the risk accordingly. After building up the integrated international risk identify mechanism, making certain of the identify subject, identify object, identify progress and identify methods, we identify the international risk from three arrangement. At first, we identify the integrated international risk origin by search large numbers of literatures and summarize the main international risks referred by most of the scholars. We call them risk factors in this thesis. Take the frequently and pivotal into account, we pick up 11 risk factors for the following research, which have been divided into four groups: government risk, marketing risk, technical risk and management risk. Then we discuss the risk factors one by one, to analyze their different characters and how to influence the corporations’ oversea operation. At last, we analyze the integrated international risks’ performance when the company in the different internationalization phases. It’s a dynamic identify to the international risk during the company internationalization tenor. In this part, we take the international involve degree instead of entry mode to stand for enterprises’ different internationalization tenor. Because entry modes only contain limited modes which even not a step-up tenor, but the internationalization tenor is a consecutive and step-up process while the involve degree could lay it out correctly. This thesis also carries through a demonstration which takes Chinese enterprises as investigation object according to the theory research on international risk. We analyze the Chinese enterprises’ oversea market development actuality in advance. Then we design the questionnaire and use the feedback data to do the statistic analysis. The analysis result proved our hypothesis about the risk evolvement characteristics. And through the data analysis, we get a new conception about the international risk in Chinese enterprises’ eyes.
