| 中文摘要: | 摘要 在低空经济快速发展、地缘政治格局复杂演变及贸易保护主义抬头的背景下,民用直升机制造企业供应链的稳定性、韧性与自主可控性成为企业高质量发展的核心支撑。C公司作为国内民用直升机制造领域的重要企业,依托集团资源实现了全产业链布局,但当前供应链存在核心部件进口依赖度高、供应商管理粗放、风险管控能力薄弱、采购流程效率低下等突出问题,严重制约企业发展。本文以C公司为研究对象,采用文献研究法、实地访谈法、问卷调查法、定量建模法等多种研究方法,梳理企业供应链现状,识别核心痛点及成因,结合相关理论与行业经验,制定针对性优化策略并搭建实施保障体系。 研究发现,C公司供应链核心问题集中于供应链脆弱性凸显、供应商管理缺乏精细化、需求预测不准确及数字化水平低,内外部多因素共同导致问题产生。据此,本文提出两大核心优化策略:构建全流程量化风险预警与管控体系,涵盖风险指标构建、三级预警分级及动态监控复盘机制;实施精益化供应商协同与管控,通过卡拉杰克矩阵分类、AHP层次分析法分级,针对不同类型供应商制定差异化管控方案,推进核心部件国产化替代。同时,从组织架构、企业文化、资源保障三个维度搭建实施保障体系,确保优化策略落地见效。 本研究可有效解决C公司供应链现存痛点,提升供应链韧性与自主可控水平,降低采购成本与供应风险,同时为国内同类民用直升机制造企业及高端装备制造行业提供可复制、可推广的供应链优化经验,契合国家航空强国、制造强国战略导向,具有重要的理论价值与实践意义。 关键词:民用直升机;供应链优化;供应商管理;风险管控 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract Against the backdrop of the rapid development of the low-altitude economy, the complex evolution of the geopolitical landscape and the rise of trade protectionism, the stability, resilience and independent controllability of the supply chain have become core pillars for the high-quality development of civil helicopter manufacturing enterprises. As a key player in China’s civil helicopter manufacturing industry, Company C has achieved a full industrial chain layout by relying on its group resources. However, its current supply chain is plagued by prominent problems such as high import dependence on core components, extensive supplier management, weak risk control capabilities and inefficient procurement processes, which severely restrict the enterprise’s development. Taking Company C as the research object, this paper adopts multiple research methods including literature research, on-site interviews, questionnaire surveys and quantitative modeling to sort out the current situation of the enterprise’s supply chain, identify core pain points and their causes, and formulate targeted optimization strategies and build an implementation guarantee system based on relevant theories and industry experience. The research finds that the core supply chain problems of Company C are concentrated in prominent supply chain vulnerability, lack of refined supplier management, inaccurate demand forecasting and low digitalization level, which are caused by a combination of internal and external factors. Accordingly, this paper proposes two core optimization strategies: first, construct a full-process quantitative risk early warning and control system covering risk indicator establishment, three-level early warning classification and dynamic monitoring and review mechanisms; second, implement lean supplier collaboration and management, classify suppliers through the Kraljic Matrix and grade them via the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), formulate differentiated management schemes for different types of suppliers, and promote the domestic substitution of core components. Meanwhile, an implementation guarantee system is built from three dimensions: organizational structure, corporate culture and resource support, to ensure the effective implementation of the optimization strategies. This research can effectively solve the existing supply chain pain points of Company C, enhance supply chain resilience and independent controllability, and reduce procurement costs and supply risks. It also provides replicable and scalable supply chain optimization experience for similar domestic civil helicopter manufacturers and the high-end equipment manufacturing industry. In line with the national strategies of building a strong aviation country and a strong manufacturing country, this study bears important theoretical value and practical significance.
