| 英文摘要: | With the advancement of the national strategy of deep integration between the digital economy and the real economy, the steel industry faces multiple development challenges, including the deepening of supply-side reform and the restructuring of market demand. Industrial internet platforms have become key infrastructure for driving the digital transformation of the steel industry. However, the current development of steel industrial internet platforms shows a polarized pattern. Leading platforms, leveraging their resource and technological advantages, have established industry barriers, while a large number of regional small and medium-sized platforms are trapped in dilemmas such as vague strategic positioning, weak ecosystem integration capabilities, and insufficient depth in value creation. The disconnect between strategic planning and actual operations has made it a core issue for the survival and development of regional steel industrial internet platforms to achieve precise alignment between strategy and industrial needs and to construct sustainable development paths. This paper takes the T Steel Industrial Internet Platform as the research object to conduct strategic optimization research, aiming to break through the development bottlenecks of regional small and medium-sized platforms and provide feasible paths for their high-quality development. To address the issues in the current development status and strategic environment of the T Platform, this paper comprehensively employs strategic analysis tools such as PEST analysis, Porter's Five Forces model, and SWOT analysis. It combines literature research and case study methods, collecting first-hand data through field surveys of partners and internal operational data, to systematically sort out internal and external strengths and weaknesses, laying a realistic foundation for subsequent problem diagnosis and strategic optimization. To accurately identify the core strategic issues and their causes of the T Platform, this paper analyzes the characteristics of its current strategy from four aspects:platform architecture, ecosystem construction, competitive strategy, and profit model. It identifies four core problems:weak multi-party synergistic effects in the ecosystem, homogenization of competitive strategies, lack of resilience, and imperfect governance mechanisms. The root causes are traced to unclear strategic positioning lacking top-level design, inappropriate competitive strategies failing to leverage resource advantages, lagging profit models lacking long-term planning, and an overemphasis on technological hardware construction while neglecting the development of governance soft power. In response to the identified problems and their root causes, this study proposes key measures for optimizing the platform strategy: strengthening ecosystem development to break down modular silos; implementing differentiated competition to build barriers around high-credit-demand users; optimizing the revenue-sharing mechanism by exploring value-added services based on data assets; and improving the platform’s governance mechanisms, including the user system, process control, and compliance risk management. This study not only maps out a concrete pathway and operational framework for the strategic transformation of Platform T, but also provides practical references for similar regional steel industry internet platforms in China to overcome development bottlenecks and achieve sustainable growth. The strategies proposed—such as activating multilateral network effects and constructing differentiated ecological niches, along with their corresponding governance and revenue models—serve as actionable guidance for industry peers. At the same time, the research conclusions offer practical insights for local governments in identifying genuine demand when fostering industrial internet platforms and providing policy support. | |
