| 中文摘要: | 随着新能源汽车产业进入高质量发展阶段,动力电池作为占整车成本 30%- 40%的核心部件,其供应商管理能力已成为整车企业电动化转型的核心竞争力。 B 公司作为国内头部中外合资豪华整车厂,在 E 车型中高端纯电战略落地过程 中,沿用燃油车时代通用供应商评价框架,存在评价维度单一、权重设置失衡、 战略导向缺失、结果应用僵化等核心问题,导致供应商选择出现“唯成本论”偏 差,无法匹配车型核心战略需求。 本研究以 B 公司 E 车型动力电池供应商为研究对象,通过 25 份有效问卷与 6 位关键岗位人员深度访谈,完成现行体系全维度问题诊断;采用 15 人专家组 3 轮德尔菲法完成评价指标筛选,基于供应商关系管理理论与平衡计分卡框架,构 建涵盖质量与控制、成本与价值、交付与响应、技术与协同、绿色与风险五大维 度的“QCDTG”五维评价体系,包含 24 项核心评价指标;运用层次分析法完成 全流程权重计算与一致性检验,科学确定各维度权重。 实证研究选取 3 家核心供应商,基于 2025 年完整年度数据开展验证,结果 显示:优化后的体系成功识别出具备长期战略价值的最优合作伙伴,纠正了原体 系低价优先的排名偏差,敏感性分析验证了模型强稳健性(权重±10%波动排名 不变)。最后从组织、制度、系统、文化四个维度构建了全流程落地保障体系与 分阶段实施路线图。 本研究为 B 公司提供了可直接落地的动力电池供应商全生命周期管理工具, 经测算体系落地后可实现 E 车型供应链韧性提升 30%、技术协同效率提升 25%, 同时为新能源汽车行业核心零部件供应商评价体系优化提供了可复制的实践参 考,契合工程管理领域解决企业实际运营痛点的核心要求。 | |
| 英文摘要: | ? As the new energy vehicle industry enters a high-quality development stage,the? power battery,which accounts for 30%-40% of the total vehicle cost,has made its supplier management capability the core competitiveness of automakers in the electrification transformation. Company B,a leading Sino-foreign joint venture luxury automaker in China,has been applying a general supplier evaluation framework inherited from the fuel vehicle era during the implementation of the high-end pure electric strategy of Model E.The existing system has core problems including single evaluation dimension,unbalanced weight setting,lack of strategic orientation,and rigid application of evaluation results,which leads to a "cost-only" bias in supplier selection? and fails to match the core strategic needs of Model E.? ? This study takes the power battery suppliers of Model E of Company B as the research object. It completes a comprehensive diagnosis of the existing system through the statistical analysis of 25 valid questionnaires and in-depth interviews with 6 key post personnel. The study uses 3 rounds of Delphi method with a 15-expert panel to screen evaluation indicators. Based on the Supplier Relationship Management theory and the Balanced Scorecard framework,it constructs a "QCDTG" five-dimensional evaluation system covering Quality & Control Capability,Cost & Value Capability,Delivery & Responsiveness,Technology & Collaboration Capability,and Green & Risk Capability,including 24 core evaluation indicators. The Analytic Hierarchy Process is applied to complete the whole process of weight calculation and consistency test,and the weight of each dimension is scientifically determined.? ? The empirical study selects 3 core suppliers for verification based on the complete annual data of 2025. The results show that the optimized system successfully identifies Supplier S1,which has outstanding technological foresight and sustainable development potential,as the best strategic partner,and corrects the ranking bias of low price priority under the original system. The sensitivity analysis verifies the strong robustness of the model. Finally,a full-process implementation guarantee system and phased implementation roadmap are constructed from four dimensions: organization,system,information technology,and culture. ? This study not only provides a directly implementable full-life-cycle management tool for power battery suppliers for Company B,which is estimated to improve the supply chain resilience of Model E by 30% and technological collaboration efficiency by 25% after implementation,but also provides a replicable practical reference for the optimization of core component supplier performance evaluation systems in the NEV industry,which meets the core requirements of the Master of Engineering Management field to solve practical operation pain points of enterprises.? | |
