| 英文摘要: | The medical protective supplies industry is a crucial support for the public health system. Influenced by the COVID-19 pandemic, the industry has experienced a transition from explosive growth during the initial outbreak phase to stabilization in the post-pandemic era. Market demand now presents a coexistence of short-term emergency procurement and long-term normalized stockpiling. With the accelerated application of innovative technologies such as intelligent wearable protective equipment and biodegradable eco-friendly materials, the industry is entering a phase of structural adjustment. Industry players face multiple challenges, including overcapacity, intense homogenized product competition, and unstable international logistics. This paper focuses on the medical protective supplies industry, with a primary emphasis on exploring the financial risk management issues enterprises face in the post-pandemic era. It conducts an in-depth case study of Y Medical Device Enterprise, a leading company in the sector. Y Medical Device Enterprise is a typical export-oriented company, selling its products to over 120 countries and regions worldwide. This market structure deeply integrates the company into the global medical protection supply chain. As sales revenue is primarily settled in US dollars while operational costs are mainly denominated in Chinese Renminbi (RMB), fluctuations in the USD/RMB exchange rate directly generate foreign exchange gains or losses, significantly impacting the company's net profit during reporting periods. Additionally, its sales markets are markedly affected by global public health events, exhibiting strong cyclical characteristics.By examining industry features and risks, this research identifies the financial risks the enterprise faces across fundraising, investment, capital recovery, and profit distribution, all within an environment characterized by fluctuating market demand, tariff barriers, and intensified global competition. Based on financial risk management theory, this paper systematically analyzes weaknesses in Y Medical Device Enterprise's financial risk control measures, such as lagging identification of debt structure and liquidity risks, incomplete evaluation of foreign exchange risk, and potential hazards associated with financial arbitrage mechanisms. It proposes countermeasures and suggestions, including optimizing the debt structure, exploring diversified markets, proactively addressing tariff and trade difficulties, and improving risk early warning mechanisms. The research findings not only construct a financial risk management framework more aligned with the industry's characteristics but also provide a referential implementation path for the robust development of small and medium-sized enterprises operating in highly regulated and competitive environments. This offers valuable insights for promoting the overall transformation. | |
