中文摘要: | 21世纪是知识经济时代,文化作为现代企业最具战略性的管理思想与管理方法,是直接影响企业核心竞争力、决定企业兴衰的关键因素。作为社会文化的一个子系统,企业文化始终客观地存在于每个企业之中。优秀的企业文化可以造就优秀的企业和员工队伍,同时企业文化的强大功能随着社会的进步和行业竞争的不断深化,愈来愈显示出其无以伦比的优势。 本文从企业文化以及企业文化的建设角度浅析企业文化的产生及发展历程,国内外对于企业文化研究的现状、企业文化的相关理论以及构建企业文化的方法,在此基础上,分析了家族式民营企业文化的特点,重点探讨了河北天阳泰富集团的企业文化建设工作,以集团十年的发展历程为切入点,梳理出集团的企业核心价值观。并指出了家族式民营企业在构建企业文化时应把握的几个方面。河北天阳泰富集团的企业文化主要体现在以下几个方面。 河北天阳泰富集团的愿景是创造实现梦想的和谐舞台,让拥有梦想的天阳泰富人去创造,去实现发展的梦想。发展、自信、责任、大爱、拥有梦想并为之奋斗是天阳人的品格。“天阳泰富”——诚信、天道酬勤、泰然自若,为人类创造着一种环境,为社会承担着一份责任,为员工背后的千万家的生存承担着一种责任,这种社会责任就是天阳泰富集团最大的愿景,实现企业与社会的和谐发展。 企业的使命是培养人才,打造创造型组织模式。当今企业所面临的环境的动荡复杂性就要求企业具有快速创新的适应能力,这就要求每一个员工都要有创新的意识,整个企业都要有创新的机制来促进管理创新、产品创新、组织创新、技术创新,以创造企业的竞争优势,实现企业的稳健、快速发展。 企业的宗旨是保持企业的持续发展,回报社会,成就圆满人生。河北天阳泰富集团致力于为员工提供一个学习发展的平台,使每一位天阳的员工在这里都能得到能力的提升。员工在为企业和社会做出贡献的同时实现个人的价值,成就圆满人生。 本论文通过对企业文化理论的回顾,对家族企业文化的分析,结合河北天阳泰富集团的实际提出了本集团企业文化建设的方向、要点,以期望通过文化建设促进本集团快速、稳健的发展,对我国企业文化理论和实践均具有一定的意义。 | |
英文摘要: | The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy. As the most strategic management concept in modern, corporate culture directly influence corporate core competitiveness,and decide its future aspect. As a social culture’s sub-system, the corporate culture exists objectively throughout in each corporate. The outstanding corporate culture may accomplish the outstanding corporate and the staff troop. Simultaneously, corporate culture’s formidable function demonstrates its unequalled superiority, while along with society’s progress and the profession competition’s deepening. This thesis analyzed the emergence and development history about the corporate culture, the research status at home and abroad regarding corporate culture, the related theories and methods of corporate culture from the point of view corporate culture and corporate culture construction. On this basis of analysis of the characteristics of family-run corporate culture, the thesis focus on the Hebei Tianyangtaifu Group's efforts on corporate culture construction, to tease out the Group's core values, and pointed out the family-owned private corporate should grasp several aspects in constructing corporate culture. Hebei Tianyangtaifu Group's corporate culture lies in the following aspects. Hebei Tianyangtaifu Group vision is to create a harmonious dream stage to let Tianyangtaifu people to create, to realize the dream of development. Development, self-confidence, responsibility, love, to have dreams and work hard are Tianyang's characteristics.
