中文摘要: | 合肥市的集中供热事业起步于二十世纪八十年代末。随着合肥市经济的发展和人民生活水平的提升,尤其是工业、商业企业以及医疗事业的快速发展,城市对供热的需求越来越迫切。合肥热电集团作为合肥市从事集中供热的公共事业企业,为了同时解决冬季供暖以及宾馆、酒店的生活热水供应问题以及工业用热、宾馆及医院的蒸煮、消毒、熨烫、夏季制冷用热问题,并且综合比较各种管道敷设方式的基础上,结合合肥实际,采用蒸汽直埋管道是较为理想的供热传输方式。 蒸汽直埋管道的质量不仅决定着供热效率,而且决定着供热的安全稳定性。本文研究的目的就是探索和总结合肥市蒸汽直埋管道质量控制方法,确保建设质量合格的蒸汽管网工程,为供热管网安全经济运行提供保障。 本文采用文献研究法、实地考察法、专家论证法等多种研究方法,分析蒸汽直埋管道质量控制程序及标准的独特性;通过对设计质量、工艺质量、主要材料质量等环节的控制探讨了蒸汽直埋管道事前控制方法;通过对沟槽开挖与回填、设计变更、管道焊接、附属设施、暖管吹扫等环节的质量控制以及各工序之间的有机衔接等方面探讨了蒸汽直埋管道质量事中控制方法。 本文取得的成果有:一是将金属硬密封焊接蝶阀设置在钢板箱内,并将操作机构通过连杆引至路面,不仅解决了阀门水煮锈蚀问题,可有效延长使用寿命,而且操作方便。二是将疏水装置、抽真空阀门、真空表由地下井室引至地面设置标准箱体,不仅解决了阀门水煮锈蚀问题,可有效延长使用寿命,而且更换方便、操作自如。三是成功应用抽真空技术,不仅大大降低蒸汽损耗,经济效益显著,而且有效延长蒸汽输送距离,扩大了供热覆盖范围。 | |
英文摘要: | Central heating cause of Hefei city started in the late eighties of twentieth century. In the pace with Hefei’s economic development and people's living standards upgrading, especially the rapid development of industrial and commercial enterprises as well as the medical cause, urban demand for heating becomes more urgent. In order to simultaneously address the central heating issues of winter heating, and the hotel's hot water supply problems, as well as industrial heating, hotels and hospitals, cooking, disinfection, ironing, summer cooling, Hefei Thermoelectric Group, as a public utility enterprises in Hefei, made a comprehensive comparison of different methods on the basis of laying pipelines, combined with the Hefei’s practice, adopted buried steam heating pipe as a more satisfactory means of heat transmission. The quality of steam buried pipe not only determines the heating efficiency, but also determines the security and stability of heating. The purpose of this study is to explore and summarize quality control methods of Hefei’s steam buried pipe, ensure the construction quality of the steam pipe network engineering, guarantee the safe and economic operation for heating pipe networks. This paper adopts literature research, field visits, expert argumentation and many other research methods, analyses the uniqueness of steam buried pipe’s quality control procedures and standards; explores pre-control methods of steam buried pipe through link of design quality, process quality and the main material quality control; discusses the quality control methods in the steam buried pipe by trench excavation and backfill, design changes, pipeline welding and ancillary facilities, heating pipes and other aspects of the quality control of purge, as well as the limited interface between the various processes. The paper gets some results: First, the metal seal butterfly valve installed in welded steel box, and operation of institutions through connecting rod channeled to the road not only solve the problem of corrosion in the valve boiled, but also can effectively extend the service life and are operating convenience. Second, the hydrophobic devices, vacuum valves, vacuum gauge cited by the silo room to the ground to set the standard box, not only solve the problem of corrosion in the valve boiled, but also can effectively extend the service life and easy replacement, operating freely. Third, successful application of vacuum technology not only greatly reduces vapor loss and significant economic benefits, but also effectively extends the transmission distance of the steam and expands heating coverage. | |
