中文摘要：	随着数据化的大范围普及，国家相关政策的不断完善，对于数据价值的开发 也越来越被各大企业重视，如何合规的利用数据价值成为各大企业的重要课题。 银行业作为高度数据化的行业，如何更好的利用数据价值更是后台业务的核心。 本文将FX外资银行当作研究目标，通过对数据资产管理相关理论的研究分 析，并结合FX外资银行实际情况，研究发现其数据资产管理里出现的问题，即 数据孤岛、数据质量以及数据安全方面的问题，意在探寻具有针对性的改进办法 并给出实施保障的举措。 本文凭借文献研究法与归纳分析法，整理了商业银行数据资产管理的理念、 架构以及目标，明晰了数据资产管理的关键构成部分与流程。接着，通过调查法， 依据FX外资银行的实际情况，辨别出数据孤岛、数据质量以及数据安全存在的 问题，并分析出这些问题的成因，再根据FX外资银行实际情况制定数据资产管 理的目标和原则，分别针对性的提出构建统一的数据平台、健全数据采集标准以 及加强数据加密等具体的改进策略。最后，从组织、人力、财务、制度、文化以 及技术这六个层面规划了实施保障系统，以保证改进策略的落地成效。 本文的研究发现通过本文的研究，可以部分解决FX外资银行数据资产管理 存在的问题，不过数据资产作为组织的重要资产，需要整个银行建立完整的体系， 才能更好的利用数据价值。随着技术进步以及政策变化，对其的研究要根据时代 发展不断进行。数据资产管理作为银行的决策支持和风险管理的基础，其重要性 可想而知。
英文摘要：	With the widespread popularization of digitalization and the continuous improvement of relevant national policies, the development of data value is increasingly valued by major enterprises. How to use data value in compliance has become an important issue for major enterprises. As a highly data-driven industry, how to better utilize the value of data is the core of backend business in the banking industry. This article takes FX foreign banks as the research target, and through the analysis of relevant theories of data asset management, combined with the actual situation of FX foreign banks, the problems that arise in their data asset management are identified, namely data silos, data quality, and data security issues. The aim is to explore targeted improvement methods and provide measures for implementation and protection. This article uses literature research and inductive analysis methods to organize the concept, architecture, and objectives of data asset management in commercial banks, clarifying the key components and processes of data asset management. Next, through investigation methods, based on the actual situation of FX foreign banks, problems with data silos, data quality, and data security were identified, and the causes of these problems were analyzed. Based on the actual situation of FX foreign banks, goals and principles for data asset management were formulated, and specific improvement strategies such as building a unified data platform, improving data collection standards, and strengthening data encryption were proposed. Finally, an implementation guarantee system was planned from six levels: organization, human resources, finance, systems, culture, and technology to ensure the effectiveness of the improvement strategy. The research in this article found that it can partially solve the problems of data asset management in FX foreign banks. However, as an important asset of an organization, data assets require the entire bank to establish a complete system in order to better utilize the value of data. With the advancement of technology and policy changes, research on it should be continuously conducted according to the development of the times. The importance of data asset management as a decision support and risk management foundation for banks can be imagined.
