中文摘要: | 本文对潍坊经纬公路开发有限公司等公路开发企业进行了深入的调查和研究,分析了在市场经济以及改革开放的大背景下,成长型公路开发企业的发展路径,提出了成长型公司的出路以及目前和以后一个时期企业发展的战略目标、战略选择和战略保障措施。 本文首先使用PEST模型、五力模型等方法从总体环境和行业环境两个层面分析了公司所处的外部环境。然后以价值链、核心竞争力等理论为基础,对公司的内部资源和能力进行了分析,包括人力资源、信息技术、业务经营、财务能力等方面。最后得出公司的优势、劣势以及面临的机遇和威胁。在此基础上,本文提出了公司的战略目标,即要使潍坊经纬公路开发有限公司在未来不仅成为山东省路桥管理的强者,还要在路桥建设领域进行扩张,成为潍坊最好、全省知名的路桥公司。为了达到这个目标,本文提出了聚焦战略、阶段性相关多元化战略和非相关多元化战略等发展战略。 最后,本文提出了实施以上战略步骤和保障措施,特别指出要在组织机构变革、人力资源开发、学习性组织创建、信息技术开发、核心能力构建能方面做出努力,以期保障公司战略的成功实施。 通过研究,笔者认为公路开发企业要想在新一轮的竞争中赢得先机必须做到:一是要适应国家和地方经济建设和社会发展的需要;二是要打造企业发展的核心竞争力;第三必须让改革与创新成为企业每位员工的核心价值理念。 | |
英文摘要: | Abstract This thesis has carried on thoroughly the investigations to Weifang Latitude and Longitude Road Development Limited Company. It contains analyses of the market economy and the reform and open policy as a historical big background for next growth and strategic objective of the company. The objective is composed of its development target, strategic choices and implementation including various safeguard mechanisms. The thesis firstly used methods and so on PEST model, five strength models to analyze the macroscopic environment which, the profession environment the company located. Then take theories and so on value chain, core competitiveness as the foundation, has carried on the analysis to company's internal resources and ability, including aspects and so on human resources, information technology, account executive, financial ability. Finally it is pointed out company's superiority, the inferiority, face opportunity and threat. Based on this, this article proposed company's strategic target, namely must make the Weifang Latitude and Longitude Road Development Limited company not only to become the powerhouse who at the future the Shandong Province highway bridge manages, but must carry on the expansion in the highway bridge construction domain, becomes Weifang to be best, entire province well-known highway bridge company. In order to achieve this goal, this article proposed the focusing strategy, the gradual related multiplication strategy and the non-related multiplex strategy. Finally, this thesis proposed implements the above strategic step and the safeguard mechanism, pointed out specially must transform, the human resources development, the educational organization in the organizations and agencies to found, the information technology development, the core competencies build-up to be able the aspect to make diligently, by time safeguard company strategy success implementation. Through the research, the author thinks the road development enterprise, if wants to win in the new round competition takes the initiative must achieve: firstly, must adapt national and the provincial economy construction and the social development need; next must make the enterprise development the core competitiveness; thirdly must let the reform and the innovation becomes the enterprise each staff's core value idea. | |
