中文摘要：	在经济全球化与数字化转型背景之下，企业规模的不断发展，财务共享服务中心成为提升管理效率的关键。W集团作为多元化大型企业，其商业地产核心板块商管集团，在财务共享中心运行过程中，面临流程繁琐、自动化程度低、跨部门协作不畅等问题，制约集团财务管理效能与战略发展。为解决这些问题，实现财务共享中心的高效运作，对其财务流程进行优化研究迫在眉睫。 本研究以W集团商管公司为案例，综合运用规模经济、组织扁平化、流程再造和信息技术等理论，通过文献研究法梳理国内外财务共享中心相关成果，利用实地调研法深入了解W商管集团财务共享中心运营现状，结合案例分析法剖析其在付款业务、总账业务、财务数据分析等核心财务流程存在的问题。研究发现，流程标准化程度不足、信息系统协同性差、人员职责划分不明确等是导致现有问题的主要原因。针对这些问题，论文从流程设计、技术应用、组织架构和人员管理等方面提出优化方案，如构建标准化审核业务流程、引入智能化报表系统、优化账务处理自动化流程等，并制定包括完善组织架构、加强人才培养、推进信息化建设、营造创新文化等在内的保障措施，以确保优化方案的有效实施。 研究成果在理论层面丰富了财务共享服务理论在商业地产行业的应用，为相关研究提供实践参考；在实践层面，有助于W商管集团提升财务管理效率，降低运营成本，加强财务风险管控，推动共享中心的进一步发展，增强企业核心竞争力，同时也为其他商业地产企业或大型多元化企业集团财务共享中心的流程优化提供有益借鉴，对推动行业财务管理模式创新与发展具有重要意义。
英文摘要：	Under the background of economic globalization and digital transformation, with the continuous development of corporate scale, the financial shared service center has become a key to improving management efficiency. As a diversified large-scale enterprise, the commercial real estate core business segment of W Group, namely the Business Management Group, faces issues such as cumbersome processes, low degree of automation, and poor cross-departmental collaboration in the operation of its financial shared service center. These issues restrict the group's financial management efficiency and strategic development. To address these problems and achieve efficient operation of the financial shared service center, it is urgent to conduct research on the optimization of its financial processes. This thesis takes the Business Management Company of W Group as a case and comprehensively applies theories such as economies of scale, organizational flattening, business process reengineering, and information technology. It reviews relevant domestic and international research on financial shared service centers through literature research methods, gains an in-depth understanding of the current operation of the financial shared service center of W Business Management Group through field research methods, and analyzes the existing problems in the core financial processes such as process review, accounts payable management, and accounting processing using case analysis methods. The thesis finds that the main causes of the existing problems are insufficient standardization of processes, poor synergy of information systems, and unclear division of personnel responsibilities. In response to these issues, the thesis proposes optimization solutions from aspects such as process design, technology application, organizational structure, and personnel management, such as establishing standardized review business processes, introducing intelligent reporting systems, and optimizing the automation of accounting processing processes. It also formulates safeguard measures, including improving the organizational structure, strengthening personnel training, advancing information technology construction, and fostering an innovative culture, to ensure the effective implementation of the optimization solutions. The research findings enrich the application of financial shared service theory in the commercial real estate industry at the theoretical level, providing practical references for related studies. At the practical level, they help W Business Management Group improve financial management efficiency, reduce operating costs, strengthen financial risk control, promote the deep integration of business and finance, and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise. They also provide valuable references for other commercial real estate companies or large diversified enterprise groups to optimize the processes of their financial shared service centers and are of great significance for promoting the innovation and development of financial management models in the industry.
