中文摘要：	在全球绿色发展及我国“双碳”目标推进的背景下，绿色金融成为经济社会绿色转型的重要引擎，融资租赁因“融资+融物”双重特性，与绿色产业“重资产、长周期”需求高度契合，融资租赁行业加速推动绿色金融转型，聚焦服务绿色产业，实现绿色融资租赁规模化发展。HN 融资租赁公司作为央企下属专业化平台，在清洁能源领域布局深厚，研究其绿色转型兼具理论与实践价值。 本文采用文献研究法、案例分析法及定性与定量相结合的方法，围绕“绿色金融-融资租赁-策略转型”梳理理论与政策，识别研究空白，以HN公司为样本，从转型现状、问题、策略三层拆解分析，定性分析明确转型方向与路径，定量分析构建多维度指标评估转型潜力与效果。对HN公司发展历程、策略现状及绿色转型必要性进行研究，并从宏观、产业、内部环境剖析转型条件；提出绿色金融转型策略思路、内容、路径及文化、技术、品牌保障体系，最后总结结论并展望。 本文得出核心结论：融资租赁行业的绿色金融转型是政策、市场与企业发展的三重必然，专业化能力与产业协同是绿色金融转型的核心竞争力，系统化实施保障体系是转型落地的关键支撑。同时，提出完善绿色租赁标准体系、加大政策激励、加强跨部门协同、推动行业能力建设等政策建议，为融资租赁行业绿色金融转型提供理论支持与实践参考。
英文摘要：	Against the backdrop of global green development and the advancement of China's "dual carbon" goals, green finance has become a crucial engine for the green transformation of the economy and society. Financial leasing, with its dual characteristics of "financing + asset leasing", is highly aligned with the "heavy-asset and long-cycle" demands of the green industry. As a result, the financial leasing industry is accelerating its green transformation, focusing on serving the green industry to achieve large-scale development of green financial leasing. As a professional platform under a central state-owned enterprise, HN Financial Leasing Company has a solid layout in the clean energy sector, and researching its green transformation holds both theoretical and practical value. This thesis adopts the methods of literature research, case analysis, and the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, It sorts out theories and policies around the theme of "green finance - financial leasing - strategic transformation" to identify research gaps. Taking HN Company as a sample, it conducts a three-level in-depth analysis covering the current status of transformation, existing problems, and strategic planning. Qualitative analysis is used to clarify the direction and path of transformation, while quantitative analysis constructs multi-dimensional indicators to evaluate the potential and effects of transformation. The thesis examines HN Company's development history, strategic status quo, and the necessity of green transformation, and analyzes the transformation conditions from the macro-environment, industrial environment, and internal environment. Furthermore, it proposes the strategic thinking, content, and paths for transformation, as well as a guarantee system involving culture, technology, and brand. Finally, it summarizes the conclusions and provides prospects for future development. This thesis draws the following core conclusions: The green transformation of the financial leasing industry is an inevitable outcome driven by three factors: policy, market, and enterprise development. Professional capabilities and industrial synergy constitute the core competitiveness for green transformation, while a systematic implementation support system serves as the key underpinning for the effective execution of transformation initiatives. Meanwhile, it puts forward policy recommendations, including improving the green leasing standard system, strengthening policy incentives, enhancing cross-departmental collaboration, and promoting industry capacity building. These recommendations aim to provide theoretical support and practical references for the green transformation of the financial leasing industry.
