| 中文摘要: | 在车辆交通安全管理领域,中国与发达国家相比存在显著的业绩差距,导致了高昂的经济损失和社会成本。本研究聚焦于R公司的交通安全管理解决方案业务,综合运用蓝海战略、精益创业以及商业模式画布理论,旨在探讨在技术成熟条件下构建可持续业务的可行路径。 首先,研究采用PEST分析框架对国内车辆交通安全管理行业的宏观环境进行了深入分析,揭示了政策支持、技术进步和社会需求为业务发展所提供的积极因素,指出了管理体系方面的显著不足,识别出了宏观的创新机遇。其次,研究对行业现状进行了评估与剖析,指出当前市场中现有产品或服务无法充分满足大幅降低交通事故的需求,识别出价值创新的潜在机遇,运用蓝海战略工具对价值曲线进行了重塑。再次,研究对R公司的内部环境进行了分析,得出公司有能力把握创新机遇的结论。基于重塑的价值曲线,R公司构建了一套以线上平台为核心的交通安全管理解决方案,并对其创新点和竞争壁垒进行了深入分析。最后,研究采用商业模式画布作为设计工具,对画布中的九个构成要素进行了细致的设计,并提出了分阶段的实施策略和保障措施。 本研究的创新之处在于:应用蓝海战略对价值曲线进行重构,拓展市场边界;引入并二次创新国际先进的交通安全管理体系;在此基础上进行本土化转化和简化;结合IT技术和AI技术;实现低成本与差异化的双重目标。 本论文验证了交通安全管理技术商业化的可行性,并为类似技术创业活动提供了理论上的参考。未来研究需借助精益创业方法持续验证假设,优化商业模式,以促进社会安全效益与企业经济价值的共同提升。本论文附有图12幅,表12个,参考文献43篇。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In the field of road transportation safety management, a significant performance gap exists between China and developed countries, resulting in substantial economic losses and social costs. This study focuses on R Company’s transportation safety management solution business, integrating the Blue Ocean Strategy, Lean Startup methodology, and Business Model Canvas theory. It aims to explore feasible pathways for building a sustainable business under conditions of technological maturity. Firstly, the study employs the PEST analysis framework to conduct an in-depth examination of the macro-environment within China's road transportation safety management industry. This analysis reveals positive factors for business development, such as policy support, technological advancement, and social demand, while also highlighting significant deficiencies in the management system and identifying macro-level opportunities for innovation. Secondly, the study assesses and analyzes the current state of the industry, pointing out that existing products and services in the market fail to adequately meet the need for a substantial reduction in traffic accidents. Potential opportunities for value innovation are identified, and the Blue Ocean Strategy tools are applied to reconstruct the value curve. Furthermore, the study analyzes R Company's internal environment, concluding that the company possesses the capability to seize these innovation opportunities. Based on the reconfigured value curve, R Company developed a traffic safety management solution centered around an online platform, with its innovative features and competitive barriers subjected to thorough analysis. Finally, using the Business Model Canvas as a design tool, the study meticulously designs its nine building blocks and proposes a phased implementation strategy alongside supporting safeguard measures. The innovative aspects of this research lie in: applying the Blue Ocean Strategy to reconstruct the value curve and expand market boundaries; introducing and adaptively innovating internationally advanced traffic safety management systems; localizing and simplifying these systems based on the aforementioned; integrating IT and AI technologies; and achieving the dual objectives of low cost and differentiation. This thesis demonstrates the feasibility of commercializing transportation safety management technologies, providing a theoretical reference for similar technology ventures. Future efforts should focus on continuously validating assumptions through the Lean Startup methodology, refining the business model, and promoting the synergistic enhancement of both social safety benefits and corporate economic value.
