| 中文摘要: | 随着在市场经济中国有企业大刀阔斧地进行改革并取得快速的发展,建立适合现代企业制度并能起到有效激励作用的薪酬管理体系,在企业经营管理工作中的地位与作用日益凸现。众多国有企业经营管理者对如何改善薪酬管理仍普遍感到困惑。因此,进一步增进对薪酬管理理论和激励理论研究现状的整体了解,分析总结国有企业薪酬管理实践中存在的问题,设计并实施科学的薪酬管理体系已成为当前国有企业经营管理工作中的当务之举。 山西国际电力集团作为省属大型国有独资企业,对其薪酬制度改革全过程进行系统研究可以是对中国国有电力企业在薪酬管理理论与实践上的一个典型案例的深入探索。笔者亲身参与了山西国际电力集团薪酬制度改革的全过程,并组织了薪酬管理体系的设计与实施。当前,如何围绕企业的发展战略,设计和实施科学的薪酬管理体系,真正发挥激励人才的作用,进而促进提升企业的核心竞争力,是企业经营管理者需要认真思考和解决的问题。本文以此为主线,首先对薪酬管理理论和激励理论进行回顾与评价,进而分析山西国际电力集团的内外部薪酬环境,最后从其薪酬管理体系选择和制定、薪酬管理体系的实施与优化等环节,对山西国际电力集团薪酬制度改革的全过程进行系统分析,并得出一般性结论,提出优化措施,以期能为国有电力企业薪酬管理的理论指导和设计应用提供有益的借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the state-owned enterprises’ drastic reform to achieve rapid development in market economy, the establishment of a good incentive compensation management which quo for modern enterprise system can play increasingly important.role in business management. Most state-owned enterprises were still widespread confusion on the salary management, therefore, a further enhance the overall grasping of the compensation management Research, to analyze and summarize the practice of state-owned enterprise compensation management problems, to design the implementation of a good compensation management system has become the most thing in the management of State-owned enterprises. Shanxi International Power Group as the provincial state-owned large enterprises, study the whole process of the reform of their compensation system can be said the a typical case of further exploration of China's state-owned power enterprises in compensation management theory and practice. I had atended the whole compensation reform process of Shanxi International Power Group, and organized the designing of compensation management. How to focus on enterprise development strategy, to design and implementation a scientific and reasonable compensation management, really playing a motivation to the stuff, to improve the core competitiveness mediately, is a problem the business managers need to seriously considering and solving. This paper uses the main line, at first reviewing and evaluating the academic and business management theory and motivation theory, and then analysising Shanxi International Power Group's internal and external compensation environment, the final make choice for their compensation management compensation management system implementation and optimization aspects of the compensation reform of Shanxi International Power Group. To analysis and constructs the whole process of compensation compensation, and make a theoretical model, proposed the implementation of conclusions after analyzing the advantages and disadvantages and optimization measures. To provide theoretical guidance and useful reference for the applications of other state-owned power enterprises designing compensation management system. | |
