| 中文摘要: | 在全球数字经济加速重塑产业格局的背景下,企业战略转型已成为维持竞争优势的必然选择。然而,转型成功不仅依赖于战略规划的科学性,更深层次地取决于组织能力与组织文化的协同支撑。众多企业在转型实践中面临能力建设滞后、文化惯性制约等系统性挑战,导致战略意图与执行效果之间出现显著偏差。因此,深入探究战略转型过程中组织能力与组织文化的动态适配机制,具有重要的理论与实践价值。本研究旨在揭示转型期企业内部能力要素与文化要素的互动关系及其对战略落地的综合影响。 本研究以TY公司为案例,采用定性与定量相结合的混合研究方法。通过对公司战略转型实践的深度剖析,结合文献研究、问卷调查与深度访谈,系统考察其组织能力现状与组织文化特质。研究运用“杨三角”模型评估组织能力,并借助企业文化原型理论分析文化适配性,重点诊断在战略转型背景下,组织能力与组织文化之间存在的结构性矛盾与适配问题。在此基础上,本研究构建了一个旨在提升二者协同效应的优化框架,为面临相似转型挑战的企业提供具有参考价值的对策与路径。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In the context of the global digital economy accelerating the reshaping of industrial landscapes, corporate strategic transformation has become an inevitable choice for maintaining a competitive edge. However, the success of this transformation depends not only on the scientific nature of strategic planning but, more profoundly, on the synergistic support of organizational capabilities and organizational culture. Many enterprises face systemic challenges in their transformation practices, such as lagging capability development and constraints from cultural inertia, leading to a significant gap between strategic intent and execution outcomes. Therefore, an in-depth exploration of the dynamic adaptation mechanism between organizational capabilities and organizational culture during strategic transformation holds significant theoretical and practical value. This study aims to reveal the interactive relationship between internal capability and cultural elements within a transforming enterprise and their combined impact on strategy implementation. This research takes TY Company as a case study, employing a mixed-methods approach that combines qualitative and quantitative analysis. Through a deep dissection of the company's strategic transformation practices, supplemented by literature review, questionnaire surveys, and in-depth interviews, it systematically examines its current organizational capabilities and cultural characteristics. The study utilizes the "Yang Triangle" model to assess organizational capabilities and employs organizational culture archetype theory to analyze cultural adaptability. It focuses on diagnosing the structural contradictions and adaptation issues between organizational capabilities and organizational culture within the context of strategic transformation. Based on this diagnosis, the study constructs an optimization framework aimed at enhancing their synergistic effect, providing valuable countermeasures and pathways for enterprises facing similar transformation challenges. | |
