中文摘要:本文旨在探讨J公司高考志愿填报业务的竞争战略选择,旨在激烈市场竞争中保持竞争优势。研究以竞争战略理论为基础,综合运用波特五力模型、SWOT分析、价值链分析等工具,对J公司高考志愿填报业务的内外部环境进行了系统性研究与评估。 研究首先明确了本文研究的高考志愿填报业务的相关概念,梳理了研究涉及的理论文献,介绍竞争战略、资源基础观、动态能力理论、创新理论的研究进展。在此基础上,本文对高考志愿填报行业的宏观环境及产业结构进行了分析,结合EFE矩阵分析,识别出行业格局。通过对J公司资源的梳理,并结合IFE矩阵分析,评估了公司的内部整体情况。 在环境分析的基础上,本文构建了SWOT矩阵,明确了J公司面临的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战。分析显示,公司在知识经验、人力资源等方面具备优势,但市场竞争激烈、人才流失等问题也日益突出。本文对三种竞争战略进行了可行性分析,以及用QSPM矩阵评分,得到J公司应选择差异化竞争战略的结论。在战略实施层面,J公司高考志愿填报业务的差异化围绕服务和营销两方面展开。 为了确保战略的有效实施,本文提出了具体的实施保障措施,包括优化组织结构、进行合理的资源配置、建立以创新为核心的企业文化,并加强人力资源建设,为战略的实施提供坚实支撑。 研究认为,通过实施差异化战略,J公司能够有效避开价格战,打造独特的品牌形象和核心竞争力。未来,J公司应持续关注市场动态,利用大数据和人工智能技术,持续创新,整合资源,为学生提供更加个性化、精准化和全链条的生涯规划服务。本文的研究结论不仅为J公司的业务发展提供了实践指导,也为同类教育咨询企业制定竞争战略提供了有益借鉴。 
英文摘要:The thesis aims to investigate the selection of a competitive strategy for J Company's college application consulting business, with the objective of maintaining a competitive advantage in a fiercely competitive market. Grounded in competitive strategy theory, this study conducts a systematic investigation and assessment of the internal and external environments of J Company's business by comprehensively applying analytical tools such as Porter's Five Forces model, SWOT analysis, and value chain analysis. The thesis begins by clarifying the core concepts related to the college application consulting business and reviewing the relevant theoretical literature. It introduces the research progress in competitive strategy, the Resource-Based View (RBV), dynamic capability theory, and innovation theory. Subsequently, this thesis analyzes the macro-environment and industrial structure of the college application consulting sector. In conjunction with an External Factor Evaluation(EFE) matrix, the industry landscape is identified. The company's overall internal condition is then assessed through an inventory of J Company's resources, complemented by an Internal Factor Evaluation(IFE) matrix analysis. Building on the environmental analysis, a SWOT matrix is constructed to delineate J Company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges.Despite its advantages in knowledge, experience, and human resources, the analysis reveals that the company faces increasingly salient issues such as intense market competition and talent drain.This thesis conducts a feasibility analysis of three generic competitive strategies and utilizes the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix(QSPM) to score them, leading to the conclusion that J Company should adopt a differentiation strategy. At the implementation level, the differentiation of J Company's college application consulting business is centered on service and marketing. To ensure the effective execution of the strategy, the thesis puts forward specific implementation safeguards. These include optimizing the organizational structure, ensuring rational resource allocation, fostering an innovation-centric corporate culture, and strengthening human resource development. These measures are designed to provide robust support for the strategy's implementation. The thesis posits that by implementing a differentiation strategy, J Company can effectively avoid price wars, thereby cultivating a unique brand image and core competitiveness.In the future, J Company should continuously monitor market dynamics, leverage big data and artificial intelligence, pursue constant innovation, and integrate resources to offer students more personalized, precise, and comprehensive full-chain career planning services. The findings of this thesis not only offer practical guidance for the business development of J Company but also provide valuable insights for similar educational consulting firms in formulating their competitive strategies.
