| 中文摘要: | 在制造业数字化转型的背景下,存货管理作为衔接生产、销售与供应链协同的关键环节,其管理效率直接关联企业资金占用成本、生产连续性与市场响应速度。当前,受原材料价格波动加剧、客户需求个性化升级、供应链协同不畅等多重因素影响,多数制造企业普遍存在存货分类体系单一导致资源错配、需求预测未充分融合多方数据致使准确度偏低、供应链上下游信息割裂引发库存协同失效等问题,直接表现为库存周转率偏低、库存余额居高不下、存货积压与短缺并存等问题,不仅占用大量流动资金,影响资金使用效率,还削弱了企业市场竞争力,成为制约制造业高质量发展的关键瓶颈,由此产生了存货管理优化的需要。 本文以LY 公司为研究对象,其主营业务为研发、生产、销售汽车零部件产品,面对日益严峻的市场环境,存货管理对其运营有重大影响。本文首先梳理了相关的国内外文献资料,并对现有文献进行评述。其次,梳理了存货及存货管理相关的基本概念和现有的针对存货管理的实践方法,为本文的研究提供了一定的理论基础。然后,通过了解LY 公司在采购、出入库、仓储、盘点等存货管理环节的工作流程,整理存货相关的财务和业务数据,分析存货的构成、存货余额及占比、存货周转率、产品交付率等情况,发现LY 公司均未完成管理层制定的存货相关考核指标,存在存货余额较大、存货周转率较低、盘点准确率较低、产品延迟交付等问题。随后,就其在这些方面出现的问题及其原因进行综合分析,并结合LY 公司的经营背景和管理现状,提出切实可行的优化改进建议,如实现销售计划与整车厂需求的实时联动、跨部门协同充分共享信息、与供应商建立长期合作机制、制定差异化采购策略、构建多维度动态分类模型等。 本文旨在通过对LY 公司存货管理的分析与研究,发现其在存货管理过程中存在的问题,并提出切实可行的优化存货管理水平的建议,改善存货占用资金较多、周转率较低、存货积压与短缺同时存在等问题,推动LY 公司的健康发展。同时,也希望通过本文的分析研究,能够为各同行业的其他公司的存货管理提供启示和借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In the context of digital transformation in manufacturing, inventory management,as a key link connecting production, sales and supply chain collaboration, directly affects a company's capital occupation cost, production continuity and market response speed. Currently, due to factors such as intensified fluctuations in raw material prices,upgraded personalized customer demands and poor supply chain collaboration, most manufacturing enterprises generally have problems such as single inventory classification systems leading to resource misallocation, insufficient integration of multi-party data in demand forecasting resulting in low accuracy, and information isolation between upstream and downstream of the supply chain causing inventory collaboration failure. These problems are directly manifested as low inventory turnover rates, high inventory balances, coexistence of inventory overstock and shortage, etc., which not only occupy a large amount of working capital and affect the efficiency of capital utilization, but also weaken the company's market competitiveness, becoming a key bottleneck restricting the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.Therefore, there is a need for inventory management optimization. This paper takes LY Company as the research object, whose main business is the research and development, production and sales of automotive parts. Facing the increasingly severe market environment, inventory management has a significant impact on its operation. This paper first sorts out the relevant domestic and foreign literature and reviews the existing literature. Secondly, it sorts out the basic concepts related to inventory and inventory management and the existing practical methods for inventory management, providing a certain theoretical basis for this paper's research. Then, by understanding the work processes of LY Company in inventory management links such as procurement, inbound and outbound, warehousing, and inventory taking, and organizing the financial and business data related to inventory, it analyzes the composition of inventory, inventory balance and proportion, inventory turnover rate, product delivery rate, etc. It is found that LY Company has not met the inventory-related assessment indicators set by the management, and there are problems such as large inventory balance, low inventory turnover rate, low accuracy of inventory taking, and delayed delivery. Subsequently, a comprehensive analysis is conducted on the problems and their causes in these aspects, and combined with the operating background and management status of LY Company, practical and feasible optimization and improvement suggestions are proposed, such as realizing real-time linkage between sales plans and the demands of vehicle manufacturers, fully sharing information through cross-departmental collaboration, establishing long-term cooperation mechanisms with suppliers, formulating differentiated procurement frequencies, and building multi-dimensional dynamic classification models, etc. This paper aims to analyze and study the inventory management of LY Company, discover the problems existing in its inventory management process, and propose practical and feasible suggestions for optimizing inventory management levels, improving issues such as excessive inventory occupation of funds, low inventory turnover rate, and coexistence of inventory overstock and shortage, promoting the healthy development of LY Company. At the same time, it is also hoped that through the analysis and research of this paper, it can provide inspiration and reference for the inventory management of other companies in the same industry. | |
