| 英文摘要: | Against the backdrop of China's continuously deepening population aging, by the end of 2024, the population aged 60 and above had reached 310 million, accounting for 22.0% of the total population, indicating an accelerating aging process. As the core entity in the pension financial service system, commercial banks urgently need to establish a pension financial service system that covers the entire customer life cycle. This study takes the regional commercial bank, T Bank, as its research object and constructs a comprehensive optimization framework for pension financial services through systematic analysis of domestic and international practices. This research employs multiple methods, integrating literature review, case analysis, and comparative study. Firstly, a theoretical analytical framework was constructed based on the Life-Cycle Theory, Behavioral Finance, and Customer Relationship Management theory. Secondly, it conducted in-depth analyses of mature service models from international institutions such as Wells Fargo and innovative practices from domestic pioneering institutions like China Merchants Bank. Finally, through systematic comparative analysis, it summarized and distilled replicable experiences. The study identified the following prominent issues in current commercial bank pension financial services: serious homogenization of product systems, lacking products that truly meet long-term retirement investment needs; fragmented service systems, failing to provide continuous services covering the entire customer life cycle; insufficient professional talent reserves, with a low proportion of qualified pension planners; weak technological support capabilities, lacking intelligent pension wealth management platforms; and a business model still oriented towards product sales, yet to achieve a fundamental shift towards client planning. To address these issues, this study proposes a systematic optimization plan: First, establish a customer segmentation system based on youth, middle age, pre-retirement, and retirement stages, design a dual-layer product architecture of "default options + optional choices," and create a standardized service process of "Assessment-Planning-Execution-Tracking." Second, improve a comprehensive management system covering compliance risk, reputational risk, and market risk. Finally, promote supporting institutional developments such as organizational structure optimization, professional talent cultivation, and reform of assessment and incentive mechanisms. The research concludes that for commercial banks to achieve the strategic transformation from a "product sales center" to a "client planning center," they must establish a service system spanning the entire customer life cycle, strengthen technology enablement and ecological cooperation, while simultaneously improving relevant regulatory policies and investor education mechanisms. The main value of this study lies in providing a solution with strong practical guidance for regional commercial banks developing pension financial services, offering reference value for promoting the construction of China's pension financial service system. | |
