中文摘要:在我国医疗健康领域研发投入与专利申请量持续增长的背景下,高投入、低转化的矛盾却尤为突出。随着宏观政策引导和职务科技成果赋能等具体措施的联合推动,以科技成果转化为核心的企业逐渐涌现。医疗健康领域的成果转化是科技成果转化在民生领域的重要分支和实践场。然而,医疗健康领域因审批长、成本高的行业属性,使企业普遍面临转化效率低、盈利难的问题,亟须针对其商业模式进行优化研究。 本研究以Y公司为研究对象,以商业模式理论为核心支撑,主要依托奥斯特瓦尔德商业模式画布,结合SWOT分析、技术就绪水平(TRL)与技术成熟度评估(TRA)评估等工具,采用访谈法与案例研究法开展系统研究。研究首先梳理医疗健康科技成果转化行业现状与Y公司运营实际,通过深入调研诊断出Y公司商业模式的四大核心问题。在此基础上,构建“四维一体”:价值主张-关键活动-核心资源-盈利模式商业模式优化框架,针对各核心问题提出针对性解决方案,包括优化价值主张以对接客户需求、完善关键活动以打通转化链条、整合核心资源以支撑业务开展、调整盈利模式以匹配资本周期,同时从组织架构、人才能力、资源协同等方面设计配套实施保障措施。 研究结论表明,“四维一体”商业模式优化框架能有效破解Y公司的核心瓶颈,解决其价值主张响应不足、价值传递断层、资源适配不足、资本周期错配等问题,形成适配医疗健康领域“技术难度高、政策监管强、资本风险高”特性的商业逻辑闭环。理论层面,该研究补充了商业模式理论在医疗健康垂直领域的应用案例;实践层面,不仅能直接指导Y公司提升成果转化效能,其优化思路与实施路径也为行业内同类中小型医疗健康成果转化机构提供了可参考的商业化方案。 
英文摘要:Against the backdrop of sustained growth in R&D investment and patent applications in China's healthcare sector, the contradiction between high investment and low transformation efficiency remains particularly prominent. Driven by the joint promotion of specific measures such as macro-policy guidance and the empowerment of job-related scientific and technological achievements, enterprises centered on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements have gradually emerged. The transformation of achievements in the healthcare field is a crucial branch and practical arena of scientific and technological achievement transformation in the field of people's livelihood. However, due to the industry attributes of the healthcare sector, such as long approval cycles and high costs, enterprises generally face problems of low transformation efficiency and difficulty in profitability, making it urgent to conduct optimization research on their business models. This thesis takes Company Y as the research object, with the business model theory as its core support. It primarily relies on the Osterwalder Business Model Canvas, combines tools such as SWOT analysis, Technology Readiness Level (TRL) assessment, and Technology Readiness Assessment (TRA) evaluation, and adopts interview methods and case study methods to carry out systematic research. Firstly, the study sorts out the current status of the healthcare scientific and technological achievement transformation industry and the actual operation of Company Y, and identifies four core problems in Company Y's business model through in-depth investigation. On this basis, it constructs a "four-in-one integrated" business model optimization framework covering four dimensions: value proposition, key activities, core resources, and profit model, and proposes targeted solutions for each core problem. These solutions include optimizing the value proposition to align with customer needs, improving key activities to smooth the transformation chain, integrating core resources to support business operations, and adjusting the profit model to match the capital cycle. Meanwhile, supporting implementation guarantee measures are designed from aspects such as organizational structure, talent capabilities, and resource collaboration. The research conclusions indicate that the "four-in-one integrated" business model optimization framework can effectively address Company Y's core bottlenecks, solving issues such as insufficient response of value proposition, breakdowns in value delivery, inadequate resource adaptation, and mismatch of capital cycles. It forms a closed-loop business logic that adapts to the characteristics of the healthcare sector, namely "high technical difficulty, strict policy supervision, and high capital risks". At the theoretical level, this study supplements application cases of the business model theory in the vertical field of healthcare. At the practical level, it can not only directly guide Company Y to enhance the efficiency of achievement transformation, but also its optimization ideas and implementation paths provide referenceable commercialization solutions for similar small and medium-sized healthcare achievement transformation institutions in the industry.
