中文摘要:在全球制造业朝着智能化转型跟可持续发展深度交融的大背景下,饮品包装行业正遇到市场需求呈现出多样化以及运营效率需提升的双重挑战。E公司作为瑞典E集团于中国的核心生产据点,自1999年创立以来就专心致力于环保类型液态食品包装的研发与制造工作,依靠独特的碳酸钙改性技术还有可持续包装解决办法,确立起细分市场的竞争优势。面对逐渐变得更为激烈的行业竞争以及持续上升的客户需求,迫切需要借助系统性的精益改进措施,来应对市场的变化,增强整体的竞争能力。 本项研究以现代精益管理的理念以及方法论作为核心,聚焦于E公司运营过程中的痛点,展开具有针对性的研究。在研究方法方面,综合运用文献分析、实地考察调研、数据统计以及因果分析等手段方式;在研究内容方面,构建起一个多维度的优化体系:在生产效率层面,引入快速换型技术,经过流程的优化、作业的改进以及人员的赋能,来缩短设备调整所花费的时间;在质量管理层面,建立起全员参与的持续改进机制,依靠跨部门的团队以及科学的质量工具,去解决核心的质量问题;在设备管理层面,搭建起预防性的维护体系,强化状态的监控以及维修流程的优化,提升设备运行的稳定程度。 通过对上述改进措施进行系统的实施,预期能够有效地提升E公司的生产线运营效率以及质量水准,增强在市场上的竞争能力。本项研究不但为E公司提供了可以切实落地的精益改进方案以及实施路径,同时也为同类制造企业在多品种、小批量的生产环境之下,达成质量、成本以及效率协同提升的目标,提供了实践方面的参考借鉴,对于推动包装行业的技术进步以及管理创新,具有积极的意义价值。 
英文摘要:Against the backdrop of the global manufacturing industry's transition towards intelligence and deep integration with sustainable development, the beverage packaging industry is currently facing two challenges: diversified market demand and the need to improve operational efficiency. As the core production base of Swedish E Group in China, E Company has been dedicated to the research and manufacturing of environmentally friendly liquid food packaging since its establishment in 1999. With unique calcium carbonate modification technology and sustainable packaging solutions, it has established a competitive advantage in segmented markets. Faced with increasingly fierce industry competition and continuously rising customer demands, there is an urgent need to utilize systematic lean improvement measures to respond to market changes and enhance overall competitiveness. This study takes the concept and methodology of modern lean management as its core, focusing on the pain points in the operation process of E company and conducting targeted research. In terms of research methods, comprehensive use of literature analysis, field investigation and research, data statistics, and causal analysis are employed; In terms of research content, a multidimensional optimization system is constructed: in terms of production efficiency, rapid changeover technology is introduced to shorten the time spent on equipment adjustment through process optimization, job improvement, and personnel empowerment; At the level of quality management, establish a continuous improvement mechanism with the participation of all staff, relying on cross departmental teams and scientific quality tools to solve core quality problems; At the level of equipment management, establish a preventive maintenance system, strengthen status monitoring, optimize maintenance processes, and enhance the stability of equipment operation. By systematically implementing the above improvement measures, it is expected to effectively enhance E Company's production line operational efficiency and quality level, and strengthen its competitiveness in the market. This study not only provides E Company with a practical lean improvement plan and implementation path, but also provides practical reference for similar manufacturing enterprises to achieve the goal of synergistic improvement of quality, cost, and efficiency in multi variety and small batch production environments. It has positive significance and value for promoting technological progress and management innovation in the packaging industry.
