中文摘要：	随着我国政治体制和经济体制改革的不断深入，监企合一的监狱经济体制存在的弊端逐步显露，越来越不适应形势发展的要求。国家实施监狱体制改革，改变了监狱经济创收弥补监狱经费、监狱企业与监狱高度合一的体制，是一次监狱体制的重大改革。山西省监狱经济体制改革是我国监狱经济体制改革的重要组成部分，其成功与否，事关我国监狱经济的健康发展。因此，对这一问题进行深入研究，具有重要的现实意义与理论价值。 本文基于监狱经济的长远发展，以企业改革相关理论为指导，以山西省监狱为研究对象，对山西省监狱经济体制改革进行总体设计，并提出山西省监狱经济体制改革的实施对策。 本论文共分为六章：第一章主要阐述本文的研究背景、研究意义、研究内容及研究框架；第二章主要回顾了我国监狱经济体制的发展历程，论证监狱经济体制改革的必要性，并从多方面分析了监企合一型监狱经济体制存在的弊端；第三章以山西监狱经济体制为研究对象，阐述对我国监狱体制改革背景下监狱经济体制改革的认识，重点分析了山西省监狱经济体制存在的问题；第四章从监狱经济作为市场经济的一种形式、一种市场主体出发，阐述山西省监狱经济体制的重新构建的方向及三种模式；第五章按照对监狱经济体制改革的总体设想，阐述实施改革的具体措施；第六章是结论，对全文进行归纳和总结。 本文的创新点在于，从理论与实际相结合的角度，阐述了我国监狱经济体制改革的必要性和可行性，提出山西省监狱经济体制改革的总体思路，并提出实现山西省监狱经济体制改革思路的基本措施。本文认为，我国监狱经济体制的发展方向应与监狱在产权、劳动改造罪犯方面相联系，在其他方面与市场经济相接轨。希望本文的研究，能对我国监狱经济体制改革有所裨益。
英文摘要：	As China's political system and the deepening of economic reform, monitoring corporate unity of the drawbacks of the prison economic system gradually revealed more and not suited to the developing situation. Shanxi is China's economic reform prison prison an important part of economic reform, its success is related to the healthy development of China's prison economy. Therefore, in-depth study of this issue has important practical and theoretical value. Based on long-term economic development of the prison to the guidance of the theory of enterprise reform, prisons, Shanxi object of study, carried out economic reform on the overall design of prisons in Shanxi Province, Shanxi Province put forward the implementation of economic reform measures prison. Innovation of this paper is the combination of theory and practical point of view, explained the need to reform our prison economy and feasibility of Shanxi Province, the general concept of economic reform the prison, and put forward ideas to achieve economic reform prisons in Shanxi Province basic measures. This paper argues that the development of China's prison system, the direction of the economy should be in prison, property rights, labor reform criminals linked to other aspects of integration with the market economy. I hope this study can be beneficial to China's economic reform prisons.
