中文摘要:摘 要 随着中国经济由高速增长转向高质量发展,行业的快速迭代、企业的转型升级都离不开人才的注入,而人力资源服务业又是人才合理优化配置的重要载体,担负着重要使命。伴随着我国人力资源服务业发展的新契机,新的业态及就业需求也对整个人力资源服务行业提出了较高要求,并面临着同质化竞争、需求迭代加速与数字化浪潮冲击等多重挑战,因此如何应对挑战并制定长期可持续发展战略就是人力资源行业需共同面对的课题。 本文选取人力资源行业YP公司为研究对象,首先结合公司的实际现状,运用SWOT模型分析发现YP公司具有定制化服务体系灵活、成本相对较低的优势,品牌知名度低、客户获取及转化困难等劣势,高等教育就业市场活跃和数字化赋能招聘的机会以及高度竞争及法律法规等系列威胁;其次,运用商业画布九要素理论,结合问卷调查法,分析YP公司在各个商业模式构成要素中存在主要问题,发现公司存在主营业务单一、附加值低、服务传统且客户流失率高等一系列重要问题;再次,基于访谈所获得的宝贵建议,对存在的问题提出强化服务深度、加速线上平台及信息化系统打造、加强数据跟踪和经验沉淀传递、构建科学的流程体系等一系列具有针对性的商业模式优化思路和可行性策略;最后,从组织优化、技术投入、人才塑造方面建立全方位的保障体系,以此来保障优化方案的实施落地。 本文的研究旨在通过对YP公司商业模式进行研究分析,对YP公司商业模式提出优化建议,帮助YP公司提升竞争力、推动其可持续健康发展。同时,也可为国内其他同类型企业提供一定的借鉴与参考。 
英文摘要:Abstract With China's economy transitions from high-speed growth to high-quality development, the rapid iteration of industries, and the transformation and upgrading of enterprises all rely on the injection of talent. The human resources service industry is an important carrier for the rational optimization of talent allocation and bears an important mission. With the new opportunities for the development of China's human resources service industry, new business types and employment demands also put forward higher requirements for the entire human resources service industry, and face multiple challenges such as homogenization competition, demand iteration acceleration and digital wave impact. Therefore, how to deal with the challenges and formulate long-term sustainable development strategies is a common topic for the human resources industry. This article selects human resources enterprise YP Company as the research object. Firstly, based on the actual situation of the company, SWOT model analysis is used to find that YP Company has the advantages of flexible customized service system and relatively low cost, low brand awareness, difficulties in customer acquisition and conversion, active higher education employment market and opportunities for digital empowered recruitment, as well as a series of threats such as high competition and laws and regulations; Secondly, using the nine elements theory of commercial canvas and combined with questionnaire survey method, the main problems of YP Company in various business model components were analyzed, and it was found that the company has a series of important issues such as single main business, low added value, traditional services, and high customer churn rate; Once again, based on the valuable suggestions obtained from the interview, a series of targeted business model optimization ideas and feasible strategies are proposed for the existing problems, including strengthening service depth, accelerating the construction of online platforms and information systems, enhancing data tracking and experience accumulation transmission, and building and controlling scientific process systems; Finally, a comprehensive guarantee system is constructed from the aspects of organizational optimization, technological investment, and talent shaping to ensure the implementation and landing of the optimization plan. The purpose of this study is to investigate the business model of YP Company and provide optimization suggestions to help enhance its competitiveness and promote its sustainable and healthy development. At the same time, it can also provide some reference and guidance for other similar domestic enterprises.
