中文摘要: 随着中国城市化进程加快,机动车保有量持续攀升,停车供需矛盾与日俱增,智慧停车作为智慧城市建设的重要组成部分,已成为缓解静态交通压力的关键解决方案。ETC技术可以成为打通城市交通和城际交通的重要载体,能够有效解决城市静态交通治理难题、提升群众出行服务水平、降低停车场污染物排放量。Z高速公司作为ETC智慧停车领域的领先企业,凭借ETC技术优势和全国性服务网络,在智慧停车市场占据重要地位。然而,随着市场竞争加剧、产品同质化现象严重,Z高速公司亟需制定差异化竞争战略以巩固市场地位并实现可持续发展。 本篇论文采用文献研究法、案例分析法和实地调研法,选取了Z公司智慧停车业务作为研究对象,对其竞争战略展开详细的分析。本研究基于迈克尔·波特的竞争战略理论,首先运用了PEST分析工具对ETC智慧停车行业的外部宏观环境分析,使用波特五力模型工具对行业的竞争程度和威胁性进行分析,然后使用价值链和SWOT分析工具对Z公司的主要作业活动和内部优劣势进行系统性的分析。通过上述分析,发现Z高速公司在政策支持、技术研发和全国网络布局方面具有显著优势,但其产品创新、用户服务体验和品牌影响力方面略有不足。通过对三大通用战略的分析,本文提出以差异化竞争战略为核心的发展路径,从产品、服务、品牌三个维度构建差异化竞争优势,Z高速公司应通过技术创新、服务升级、品牌塑造等措施提升其市场竞争力,为确保Z公司ETC智慧停车业务差异化竞争战略实施落地,企业需优化组织结构、加强人才储备并建立动态风险监控机制。 本研究不仅为Z公司的业务战略提供了建议,也为ETC智慧停车行业的其他企业提供了理论参考和借鉴意义。本文的研究成果对于智慧城市、智慧交通等相关部门也有一定的参考价值,有助于其了解ETC智慧停车行业的竞争态势和发展趋势,从而更好地推动智慧停车行业的发展。 
英文摘要: With the acceleration of urbanization in China, the number of motor vehicles has been continuously increasing, and the contradiction between parking supply and demand has been growing day by day. As an important part of smart city construction, smart parking has become a key solution to alleviate the pressure of static traffic. ETC technology can serve as an important carrier to connect urban and intercity traffic, effectively solving the problems of urban static traffic governance, improving the level of public travel services, and reducing pollutant emissions from parking lots. As a leading enterprise in the ETC smart parking field, Z Expressway Company has occupied an important position in the smart parking market by leveraging its ETC technology advantages and a nationwide service network. However, with the intensification of market competition and the severe homogenization of products, Z Expressway Company urgently needs to formulate a differentiated competitive strategy to consolidate its market position and achieve sustainable development. In this paper, the literature research method, case analysis method and field investigation method are adopted. The smart parking business of Company Z is selected as the research object, and a detailed analysis of its competitive strategy is carried out. Based on Michael Porter's competitive strategy theory, this study first uses the PEST analysis tool to analyze the external macro environment of the ETC smart parking industry, and uses the Porter's Five Forces model to analyze the degree of competition and threat in the industry. Then, the value chain and SWOT analysis tools are used to conduct a systematic analysis of Z Company's main business activities and internal strengths and weaknesses. Through the above analysis, it is found that Z Expressway Company has significant advantages in policy support, technological research and development, and national network layout, but it has some deficiencies in product innovation, user service experience, and brand influence. Through the analysis of the three general strategies, this paper proposes a development path centered on the differentiated competitive strategy, and builds a differentiated competitive advantage from the dimensions of products, services, and brands. Z Expressway Company should enhance its market competitiveness through technological innovation, service upgrading, and brand building. To ensure the implementation and landing of the differentiated competitive strategy of Z Company's ETC smart parking business, the enterprise needs to optimize its organizational structure, strengthen talent reserves, and establish a dynamic risk monitoring mechanism. This research not only provides suggestions for Z Company's business strategy, but also offers theoretical references and practical implications for other enterprises in the ETC smart parking industry. The research findings of this paper also have certain reference value for relevant departments such as smart cities and smart transportation, which can help them understand the competitive situation and development trends of the ETC smart parking industry, thereby promoting the development of the smart parking industry more effectively.
