中文摘要:在全球科技竞争日益激烈和实验室智能化需求快速增长的背景下,传统的 实验室设备制造商面临着转型升级的迫切需求。本研究以深圳华大智造科技股 份有限公司为研究对象,深入探讨其从基因测序设备制造商向智慧实验室整体 解决方案商转型的战略路径。 本研究采用案例研究法,结合战略管理理论、创新理论和组织转型理论, 通过文献研究、企业内部资料分析、行业数据对比等方法收集数据,运用 SWOT 分析、价值链分析、商业模式画布等工具进行深入分析。研究发现,智慧实验 室市场正处于快速增长期,预计到 2030 年全球市场规模将超过 265 亿美元,中 国市场年复合增长率达 14.5%。华大智造具备技术能力强、市场基础好、资金实 力雄厚等转型优势,但在系统集成、软件开发、服务能力等方面存在短板。成 功转型需要采取“相关多元化+垂直整合”的复合战略,构建“硬件+软件+服务” 的综合业务模式。 基于研究发现,本文设计了华大智造的转型战略方案,包括明确的战略定 位、清晰的实施路径、创新的商业模式和系统的能力建设计划。提出了分三阶 段实施的转型路线图:起步期(2024-2025)夯实基础、成长期(2026-2027)规 模扩张、成熟期(2028-2030)生态构建。同时,识别了转型过程中的关键风险, 制定了相应的风险管控措施。 本研究的理论贡献在于丰富了企业战略转型理论在高科技制造业的应用, 构建了设备制造商向解决方案商转型的理论框架,为相关企业转型提供了可借 鉴的模式。实践意义在于为华大智造制定了具体可行的转型战略方案,为中国 高科技企业转型升级提供了参考案例,对推动实验室行业智能化发展具有积极 作用。 
英文摘要:Against the backdrop of increasingly fierce global technological competition and rapidly growing demand for laboratory intelligence, traditional laboratory equipment manufacturers face an urgent need for transformation and upgrading. This research takes Shenzhen MGI Tech Co., Ltd. as the research object to explore in depth its strategic path of transformation from a gene sequencing equipment manufacturer to a smart laboratory total solution provider. This study adopts the case study method, combining strategic management theory, innovation theory, and organizational transformation theory. Data is collected through literature research, internal corporate data analysis, industry data comparison, and other methods, and analyzed using tools such as SWOT analysis, value chain analysis, and business model canvas. The study finds that the smart laboratory market is experiencing rapid growth, with the global market size expected to exceed $26.5 billion by 2030, and China's market compound annual growth rate reaching 14.5%. MGI Tech possesses transformation advantages including strong technical capabilities, solid market foundation, and robust financial strength, yet faces shortcomings in system integration, software development, and service capabilities. Successful transformation requires adopting a composite strategy of “related diversification + vertical integration” to build a comprehensive business model of “hardware + software + services”. Based on the research findings, this paper designs MGI Tech's transformation strategy plan, including clear strategic positioning, defined implementation path, innovative business model, and systematic capability building plan. A three-stage transformation roadmap is proposed: foundation building in the startup period (2024-2025), scale expansion in the growth period (2026-2027), and ecosystem construction in the maturity period (2028-2030). Key risks in the transformation process are identified and corresponding risk control measures are formulated. The theoretical contribution of this study lies in enriching the application of enterprise strategic transformation theory in high-tech manufacturing, constructing a theoretical framework for equipment manufacturers' transformation into solution providers, and providing a referenceable model for related enterprise transformation. The practical significance lies in formulating a specific and feasible transformation strategy plan for MGI Tech, providing a reference case for the transformation and upgrading of Chinese high-tech enterprises, and playing a positive role in promoting the intelligent development of the laboratory industry.
