| 中文摘要： | 本研究首先对预算和预算管理的含义、特点和功能以及经济利润的含义理论进行了回顾。其次概述了国内外企业运用预算管理的现状和商业银行预算管理的内容和方式，分析了我国商业银行预算管理的不足，并阐述了商业银行预算管理的重要意义。再次探讨了商业银行基于经济利润的预算管理体系的构建，阐述了商业银行经济利润预算管理的组织结构，指标体系，预算编制流程及预算控制程序等，明确了商业银行应当建立起以价值增值和资本节约为原则的预算管理体系，以价值最大化为导向，确定经营策略和管理内容。在本研究的最后，通过实际应用案例分析，进一步阐明了我国商业银行实施经济利润预算管理的必要性，并提出了我国国有商业银行实施预算管理的建议。 | |
| 英文摘要： | In this thesis, it firstly reviews basic definition and other related conception of budget management and some conceptions of economic profit. Secondly, it reviews the current operation situation of domestic and overseas enterprises, especially analyzing the defects of budget management in the state-owned commercial banks. Thirdly, it illuminates the construction of the system of budget management in a commercial bank with corresponding management organization, index system, and detailed process control. Finally, it shows an implementation of the budget management system based on economic profit in a state-owned commercial bank. A conclusion is deduced together with some suggestions in practical application. | |
