中文摘要: 在全球基础设施互联互通加速推进与“双循环”新发展格局深化的背景下,中国工程物流企业的国际化转型面临前所未有的战略机遇与挑战。本文以TB国际工程物流公司为研究对象,聚焦其由区域性物流服务商向综合性国际工程物流解决方案提供商转型过程中的战略选择问题。基于战略管理理论框架,综合运用PEST分析、波特五力模型、SWOT分析、EFE与IFE矩阵以及QSPM定量战略计划矩阵,系统评估企业所处的宏观环境、行业竞争格局及内部资源能力,识别其发展中的关键驱动因素与核心制约瓶颈。 基于上述分析,本文提出TB公司应采取以增长型战略为主导的发展路径,即充分利用内部优势主动把握外部机遇。具体战略实施路径包括:持续开拓“一带一路”重点国家市场,深化与核心客户及集团资源的战略协同;延伸服务产业链,向工程咨询、供应链金融、现场集成服务等高附加值环节拓展,提升综合服务能力;通过聚焦细分领域、强化数字化应用与提升ESG实践,构建可持续的差异化竞争优势;并系统性加强人力资源、信息技术与全球网络等关键资源建设,夯实战略执行基础。为确保战略有效落地,研究进一步构建了涵盖人力资源保障(构建战略性人才体系)、市场营销保障(明确品牌定位、建设专业营销组织)、财务管控保障(强化预算与成本管理)与企业文化保障(塑造客户导向、协同创新的组织文化)在内的四大支撑体系,形成逻辑严密、协同推进的战略实施框架。 本研究不仅为TB公司提供了科学、系统、可操作的战略发展方案,助力其突破发展瓶颈、实现可持续转型升级,同时也为同类中小型工程物流企业在复杂多变的国际竞争环境中,如何识别战略机遇、弥补能力短板、构建核心竞争力并有效实施战略,提供了具有普遍意义的理论参考与实践范式,兼具理论深化与实践创新价值。 
英文摘要: Against the backdrop of the accelerated advancement of global infrastructure connectivity and the deepening of the "dual circulation" new development pattern, Chinese engineering logistics enterprises are confronted with unprecedented strategic opportunities and challenges in their internationalization transformation. This thesis takes TB International Engineering Logistics Company as the research object, focusing on the strategic choices it makes during its transformation from a regional logistics service provider to a comprehensive international engineering logistics solution provider. Based on the theoretical framework of strategic management, this thesis comprehensively employs PEST analysis, Porter's Five Forces Model, SWOT analysis, EFE and IFE matrices, and QSPM quantitative strategic planning matrix to systematically assess the macro environment, industry competition landscape, and internal resource capabilities of the enterprise, and identify the key drivers and core constraints in its development. Based on the above analysis, this thesis proposes that TB Company should adopt a growth-oriented development path, that is, to fully leverage its internal advantages to proactively seize external opportunities. The specific strategic implementation paths include: continuously expanding the markets of key countries along the "Belt and Road", deepening strategic synergy with core customers and group resources; extending the service industrial chain, expanding into high-value-added links such as engineering consulting, supply chain finance, and on-site integrated services, and enhancing comprehensive service capabilities; building sustainable and differentiated competitive advantages by focusing on niche markets, strengthening digital application, and improving ESG practices; and systematically strengthening the construction of key resources such as human resources, information technology, and global networks to consolidate the foundation for strategic execution. To ensure the effective implementation of the strategy, this study further constructs a support system covering human resource guarantee (building a strategic talent system), marketing guarantee (clarifying brand positioning and establishing a professional marketing organization), financial control guarantee (strengthening budget and cost management), and cultural guarantee (shaping a customer-oriented and collaborative innovation organizational culture), forming a logically rigorous and coordinated strategic implementation framework. This thesis not only provides Tianbao International with a scientific, systematic, and operational strategic development plan to help it break through development bottlenecks and achieve sustainable transformation and upgrading, but also offers a theoretical reference and practical model of universal significance for similar small and medium-sized engineering logistics enterprises on how to identify strategic opportunities, make up for capability deficiencies, build core competitiveness, and effectively implement strategies in the complex and volatile international competitive environment, with both theoretical deepening and practical innovation value.
