中文摘要：	近年来，全球经济一体化进程放缓，我国经济发展环境的复杂性持续攀升。作为国民经济的传统支柱产业，建筑业受宏观经济波动、市场需求变化等多重因素叠加影响，市场饱和度不断提高，行业竞争愈发激烈。在此背景下，中小型建筑企业在发展的过程中，面临着筹资、投资、营运等多维度的财务风险挑战。如果不能及时并准确地的对财务风险进行识别、评估和控制，企业的持续经营与长远发展将面临严峻威胁。增强财务风险管控能力、提升风险防范水准，已然成为中小型建筑企业能否实现稳健发展的核心议题。 本文选取建筑行业中小型企业D建筑公司作为研究对象，针对其财务风险管理展开深入探究。首先介绍研究背景和研究意义，接着分别从国内和国外两个角度对财务风险识别、控制和评价等相关文献进行了回顾。介绍了全面风险管理理论和COSO-ERM的内容。在阐述D建筑公司基本经营状况与组织架构的基础上，深入分析其财务数据，从风险识别、评估、应对三个维度，全面剖析公司财务风险管理的现状，并具体分析了D建筑公司对筹资风险、投资风险和营运风险等财务风险的应对措施。提出了D建筑公司在财务风险管理中存在的问题，包括：财务风险识别不充分、财务风险评估不完善、财务风险控制不到位。最后，本文分别从优化财务风险的识别、优化财务风险评价、加强财务风险控制三个方面提出对D建筑公司财务风险管理的优化建议。 本文基于中小建筑企业财务风险的特征，通过对D建筑公司财务风险管理进行案例研究，旨在帮助该企业在后续经营管理中实现财务风险的及时识别与精准评估，从而强化财务风险管理能力。与此同时，本研究成果也可以为其他中小型建筑企业的财务风险管理提供有益参考。
英文摘要：	In recent years, the pace of global economic integration has slowed down, and the complexity of China's economic development environment has continued to rise. As a traditional pillar industry of the national economy, the construction industry is affected by multiple factors such as macroeconomic fluctuations and changes in market demand. The market saturation has been increasing, and the industry competition has become increasingly fierce. Against this background, small and medium-sized construction enterprises are facing financial risk challenges in multiple dimensions such as financing, investment, and operation during the development process. If financial risks cannot be identified, evaluated, and controlled in a timely and accurate manner, the sustainable operation and long-term development of enterprises will face severe threats. Strengthening financial risk management capabilities and improving risk prevention levels have become core issues for small and medium-sized construction enterprises to achieve stable development. This paper takes D Construction Company, a small and medium-sized enterprise in the construction industry, as the research object to carry out in-depth exploration on its financial risk management. Firstly, the research background and significance are introduced, and then relevant literatures on financial risk identification, control, and evaluation are reviewed from both domestic and foreign perspectives. The contents of the comprehensive risk management theory and COSO-ERM are introduced. On the basis of expounding the basic operation status and organizational structure of D Construction Company, this paper deeply analyzes its financial data, comprehensively analyzes the current situation of the company's financial risk management from three dimensions of risk identification, evaluation, and response, and specifically analyzes the response measures of D Construction Company to financial risks such as financing risk, investment risk, and operation risk. The problems existing in the financial risk management of D Construction Company are put forward, including: insufficient identification of financial risks; imperfect evaluation of financial risks; and inadequate control of financial risks. Finally, this paper puts forward optimization suggestions for the financial risk management of D Construction Company from three aspects: optimizing the identification of financial risks, optimizing the evaluation of financial risks, and strengthening the control of financial risks. Based on the characteristics of financial risks of small and medium-sized construction enterprises, this paper carries out a case study on the financial risk management of D Construction Company, aiming to help the enterprise realize the timely identification and accurate evaluation of financial risks in subsequent operation and management, so as to strengthen the financial risk management ability. At the same time, the research results can also provide useful references for the financial risk management of other small and medium-sized construction enterprises.
