| 中文摘要: | 随着国家提出“数字中国”以及“智能建造”的战略部署,行业市场竞争激烈,智能化技术应用模式逐步转变,从而使得传统勘察设计企业的技术模式和盈利模式都面临着相当严峻的考验。数字化发展已经成了岩土专业公司转型发展的必然发展路线。本文就TK公司岩土专业公司(以下简称TK公司)为研究对象,主要运用案例研究的方法,并借助PEST、SWOT和波特竞争战略的理论工具,探讨该公司推进数字化过程所遇到的问题及公司内部问题和外部环境。 经过本文的研究,作者发现TK公司岩土拥有海量工程类数据和全生命周期服务能力强、研发设计施工运营各阶段专业队伍丰富、标准体系完善、数据基数大、产品智能化能力强等特点,但同时也面临数据治理能力弱、技术与业务服务未完全融合、管理机制不够健全等诸多难题。为了探索适应数字经济的市场,弥补数据底层数字化能力和技术短板,本文研究确定了TK公司“数智TK”为体系核心的这一数字化业务发展模式。其发展目标为数据驱动下的差异性和一体化服务能力,打造以数据为核心的竞争引擎,围绕勘察、设计、施工、运维各阶段业务过程,通过“1+4+N”模式逐步推进,建立一个融合数据标准建设的统一的数据基础,支撑全生命周期各类创新应用。 本文还给出了落地该战略的核心实施路径,包括重点建设“智慧岩土”、 “智能监测”等四个专题应用平台进行业务模式转型,从项目的交付向数据增值和数字化交付服务转型。并给出了从组织、人才、技术、资源四个层面保障战略实施的措施。该研究也为TK集团公司岩土专业公司的数字化转型或国内其他类似传统工程咨询企业转型升级提供了战略及实施路径参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Following the national strategies of "Digital China" and "Intelligent Construction," traditional survey and design firms are facing severe challenges to their technical and profit models due to fierce market competition and a shift in the application of intelligent technologies. Digital development has become an inevitable path for geotechnical companies to transform. This thesis takes TK Geotechnical Company (referred to as "TK Company") as its case study, using PEST, SWOT, and Porter's competitive strategy frameworks to explore the issues the company faces in its digital transformation, including both internal problems and external environmental factors. The study reveals that TK Company possesses significant strengths, including a large volume of engineering data, robust full-lifecycle service capabilities, specialized teams for R&D, design, construction, and operations, a comprehensive standards system, and strong product intelligence. However, it also confronts significant challenges, such as weak data governance, a lack of full integration between technology and business services, and an underdeveloped management system. To adapt to the digital economy and address these weaknesses, this research establishes the company's digital business development model, centered on the "Smart Geotechnical Survey" system. The strategic goal is to build a data-driven competitive engine that provides differentiated and integrated services. This will be achieved through a "1+4+N" model, which will progressively establish a unified data foundation with integrated data standards to support a variety of innovative applications throughout the entire project lifecycle (survey, design, construction, and operation). The thesis outlines the core implementation path for this strategy, focusing on four key platforms, including "Smart Geotechnics" and "Intelligent Monitoring." These platforms will enable the company to transition its business model from traditional project delivery to data-driven value-added and digital delivery services. The research also provides a set of measures to ensure the strategy's successful implementation, focusing on four key areas: organization, talent, technology, and resources. This study serves as a strategic and implementation roadmap for the digital transformation of TK Group's geotechnical subsidiary and other similar traditional engineering consulting firms in China. | |
