| 中文摘要: | 企业处在快速变化的外部市场环境中,同时企业的内部条件也在发生剧烈变化,这些内外的各种力量都在促使企业进行创新,企业也只有创新才能适应内外环境的发展变化。 本文分析了微山湖集团所处的市场环境,分析了微山湖集团管理模式的构建理念和发展过程。微山湖集团管理模式的构建基础包括两个方面:一方面是“硬”基础,主要包括企业制度建设,管理人员和员工的培训,规范企业内权利等;另一方面是“软”基础,主要包括企业文化和品牌建设。在具备了这些基础之后,文章进一步总结出微山湖集团管理模式的运行机理。在这个模式中,前台的需求决定企业的后台体系建设,前台是微山湖集团体系建设的核心,前台决定了微山湖集团的业务流程、人才结构、物流供应等;企业文化是实施微山湖管理模式的向导,其决定着企业管理模式变更的根本方向;完备的财务系统是构建微山湖管理模式的核心;在微山湖管理模式下,前台作为企业的唯一赢利部门通过建立完善的整合市场营销体系来达到产品销售的目的。 论文最后总结了微山湖集团管理模式的运行效果,并对其存在的问题做了初步分析。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Enterprises are in the rapidly changing external market environment, while internal conditions are dramatic changing, various kinds of these internal and external forces are driving enterprises to reform, enterprises only can be reformed to adapt to internal and external environment. The main idea of the thesis is that analyzes the marketplace environment of the Weishanhu Group, and analyzes the concept construction and the process of the Weishanhu Group Management System. The Weishanhu Group Management System is based on two aspects, one aspect is rigid, which includes building Enterprise system, managers and staff training , rights norms within the enterprise, the other one is soft, which includes corporate culture and brand building. After having the basics, the thesis further summarizes the operation mechanism of the Group Detailed Management Mode. The background system is decided by the reception of the needs, the reception is the core of the group system, and the reception determines the group's business processes, personnel structure, logistics and supply and so on. Corporate culture is a guide to implement the Detailed Management Mode, which can decide to change the fundamental business management direction. Complete financial management system is the core of building the Detailed Management. Reception is the only profitable sector enterprises through the establishment of a sound marketing system to achieve the purpose of product sales under the Detailed Management System. Finally. The thesis summarizes the operating results of this management model and it has made a preliminary analysis of its problem. | |
