中文摘要：	随着航空业的快速发展，飞机租赁业务作为一种重要的融资方式，为航空公司提供了灵活的飞机获取途径，同时也为金融租赁公司带来了新的业务增长点。然而，飞机租赁业务面临着诸多风险，如信用风险、市场风险、法律风险等，这些风险的防范对于金融租赁公司的稳健运营至关重要。 本文以 A 金融租赁公司为研究对象，深入探讨其飞机租赁业务的风险防范问题，旨在为该公司乃至整个行业提供有益的参考和借鉴。本文首先对飞机租赁业务相关概念进行了界定，并系统梳理了信息不对称理论、全面风险管理理论以及 COSO 风险管理理论等基本理论，为后续研究奠定了坚实的理论基础。其次，详细分析了 A 金融租赁公司飞机租赁业务的现状，包括公司基本情况、业务开展情况以及目前的风险控制机制，并运用多种风险识别方法，全面识别了该公司飞机租赁业务中存在各类风险。在此基础上，深入剖析了 A 金融租赁公司飞机租赁业务风险暴露的问题及成因，为风险防范提供了明确的方向。针对A 金融租赁公司飞机租赁业务存在的风险问题，本文基于全面风险管理理论，提出了系统的风险防范优化分析框架，包括风险识别、风险评估、风险控制以及风险监测等环节，并针对 A 公司目前的风险体系提出了具体的风险防范优化建议。同时，为确保优化措施的有效实施，还从加强部门联动配合、推进制度建设健全、加大企业文化宣导、完善人才培养机制等方面，提出了相关的保障措施。最后，本文对研究成果进行了总结，并对未来研究方向进行了展望。 通过本研究，不仅为 A 金融租赁公司飞机租赁业务风险防范提供了具有可操作性的优化方案，也为金融租赁公司在飞机租赁业务风险防范领域提供了理论支持和实践指导，具有重要的现实意义。
英文摘要：	With the rapid development of the aviation industry, aircraft leasing business, as an important financing method, provides airlines with flexible ways to acquire aircraft, and also brings new business growth points for financial leasing companies. However, aircraft leasing business faces many risks, such as credit risk, market risk, and legal risk. The prevention of these risks is crucial for the stable operation of financial leasing companies. This thesis takes A financial leasing company as the research object and deeply explores the risk prevention issues of its aircraft leasing business, aiming to provide useful references and lessons for the company and the entire industry. Firstly, this thesis defines the relevant concepts of aircraft leasing business and systematically reviews the basic theories such as information asymmetry theory, comprehensive risk management theory, and COSO risk management theory, laying a solid theoretical foundation for subsequent research. Secondly, it analyzes in detail the current situation of A financial leasing company's aircraft leasing business, including the company's basic situation,business operation, and current risk control mechanism, and uses multiple risk identification methods to comprehensively identify various risks existing in the company's aircraft leasing business. On this basis, it deeply analyzes the problems and causes of risk exposure in A financial leasing company's aircraft leasing business, providing a clear direction for risk prevention. In response to the risk problems existing in A financial leasing company's aircraft leasing business, this thesis, based on the comprehensive risk management theory, proposes a systematic risk prevention optimization analysis framework, including risk identification, risk assessment, risk control, and risk monitoring, and puts forward specific risk prevention optimization suggestions for A company's current risk system. At the same time, to ensure the effective implementation of the optimization measures, it also proposes relevant guarantee measures from aspects such as strengthening departmental coordination and cooperation, promoting the construction of a sound system, intensifying the promotion of corporate culture, and improving the talent cultivation mechanism. Finally, this thesis summarizes the research results and looks forward to future research directions. Through this thesis, not only has a practical and operable optimization plan for the risk prevention of A financial leasing company's aircraft leasing business been provided, but also theoretical support and practical guidance for financial leasing companies in the field of aircraftleasing business risk prevention have been offered, which has significant practical significance.
