With the socio-economic development and growing health consciousness, the "emotion economy" has spurred the growth of specialized enterprises in training, consulting, and technology. However, these startups often face challenges such as ambiguous business models and difficulty establishing core competitiveness. This thesis addresses these issues by creating an analytical framework. Through a literature review, this framework identifies and separates common entrepreneurial failure factors, such as managerial shortcomings, from the unique challenges of the emotion management industry, such as high barriers to client trust, stringent qualifications, and ethical conflicts. To ground the theoretical framework, this thesis adopts a mixed-methods approach. It begins with a multi-case study, conducting in-depth interviews with three domestic enterprises to analyze their strategies and use of AI. Following this qualitative stage, a survey was distributed to a broader sample of companies for quantitative data collection. Statistical analysis was used to verify the impact of market demand, technological innovation, and the ability to handle industry-specific challenges on entrepreneurial success, with a focus on the moderating effect of AI integration. This thesis reveals three entrepreneurial models: "service integration-driven," "technology product-driven," and "ecosystem platform-driven." A key finding is that for specialized service enterprises, the ability to effectively establish client trust and uphold service ethics is the critical factors determining survival, even more so than common factors like resources and management. Finally, this thesis concludes that AI integration is not merely a tool for efficiency but a crucial variable for re-examining value propositions and shaping new service experiences, although it also introduces significant risks related to privacy and algorithmic ethics.
