中文摘要：	职务犯罪是危害国家和社会的毒瘤，是腐败的极端表现。为推动预防职务犯罪工作取得实质性和根本性成效，笔者从治理的视角审视职务犯罪的预防对策，重新组合预防资源，优化治理机制，以期达到对职务犯罪的最佳预防效果。 将治理的观点引入职务犯罪预防工作，有助于从宏观策略层面扩展预防视野，在微观技术层面强化预防措施的可操作性。笔者针对职务犯罪的现状和规律，对现有职务犯罪治理资源及其效率进行了分析评估；对治理主体、治理目标、治理方式等进行了整合规范，在此基础上指出了各项治理资源优化整合的关键是：改革和创新社会体制应以巩固和推动社会主义事业为目标，其主体必须为党和人大；打击职务犯罪应以减少职务犯罪黑数、强化惩治针对性、增加威慑力为目标，其主体是检察机关，检察机关应不受地方行政控制；监督权力运作应以公开透明、权威高效为目标，其主体应高度独立、地位高、全国统一、不受地方党政部门领导、职责专一；教育引导应以形成实用动态的廉政社会文化为目标，其主体相对比较复杂，但应特别重视学校教育，在每个公民世界观和价值观形成过程中大量融入廉政教育。 运用治理理论理性审视职务犯罪预防工作的文章并不多见，这对于开拓职务犯罪预防工作新思路，统筹各种社会资源形成合力，构建职务犯罪立体防控体系，更加有效地遏制职务犯罪具有一定的创新意义。
英文摘要：	Abstract Crimes against the State and society, cancer is an extreme manifestation of corruption. To promote the prevention of such crimes has made substantive and fundamental results, the author from the Perspective of governance functions crime prevention measures,prevention of re-combination of resources to achieve the best on the job of crime prevention. The governance concept is introduced crime prevention duties, contribute to expansion of the macro policy level, prevention perspective, at the micro level, to strengthen preventive measures technical operability.
