| 中文摘要: | 在当今全球数字化转型浪潮中,制造业正经历深刻变革。半挂车与专用车制造行业作为汽车制造业的重要分支,其数字化转型进程备受关注。当前各车企加大数字化平台建设投入,在这一过程中,软件开发项目是企业实现数字化转型的关键支撑,其管理效能直接影响着企业能否快速响应市场需求、提升产品竞争力。然而,传统软件开发项目管理方法在应对快速变化的市场需求和技术更新时,暴露出诸多问题,如项目进度延误、成本超支和质量难以保证等。敏捷开发作为一种以人为核心、迭代式、增量式的开发方法,为解决Z公司软件开发项目管理困境提供了新的思路。 本研究首先深入调研了Z公司软件开发项目管理的现状,通过分析项目管理流程、团队协作模式、质量管理、进度管理等方面,找出了存在的主要问题及成因。然后,系统地阐述了敏捷开发理念及其在软件开发项目管理中的应用优势,结合Z公司实际情况,构建了基于敏捷开发的软件开发项目管理改进框架,从项目启动、需求分析、设计开发、测试验收以及项目收尾等各个阶段,提出了具体的改进措施与实施策略。 通过案例分析与实践验证,结果表明基于敏捷开发的软件开发项目管理改进在Z公司取得了显著成效,项目交付周期明显缩短,项目质量得到显著提升,客户满意度大幅提高,同时团队成员的积极性与创造力也得到了更好的发挥。本研究为Z公司提供了切实可行的软件开发项目管理改进方案,也为同行业企业在数字化转型过程中优化软件开发项目管理提供了有益的参考与借鉴,有助于推动企业软件开发项目管理向更加敏捷、高效、灵活的方向发展,提升企业在激烈市场竞争中的综合实力。 关键词:敏捷开发;软件开发项目管理;流程优化;项目管理改进 | |
| 英文摘要: | In the global digital transformation wave, the manufacturing industry is undergoing profound changes. As a key part of the automobile manufacturing sector, the digital transformation of the semi-trailer and special vehicle manufacturing industry is gaining widespread attention. Auto manufacturers are increasing their investment in digital platform development.In this process, software development projects have become a crucial support for enterprises to achieve digital transformation. The efficiency of their management directly affects a company's ability to quickly respond to market demands and enhance product competitiveness. However, traditional software development project management methods have shown many problems when dealing with rapidly changing market demands and technological updates, such as project delays, cost overruns, and quality concerns. Agile development, as a people-oriented, iterative, and incremental development method, offers a new solution to the challenges faced by Z Company in managing its software development projects. This research first deeply investigated the current situation of software development project management in Z Company. By analyzing project management processes, team collaboration models, quality management, and schedule management, etc., it identified the main existing problems and their causes. Then, it systematically explained the concept of agile development and its application advantages in software development project management. Based on Z Company's actual situation, it constructed an improved framework for software development project management using agile development. It proposed specific improvement measures and implementation strategies for various stages, including project initiation, requirements analysis, design and development, testing and acceptance, and project closure. Through case analysis and practical verification, the results show that the agile - based software development project management improvement has achieved remarkable results in Z Company. The project delivery cycle has been significantly shortened, project quality has been greatly improved, customer satisfaction has increased substantially, and team members' enthusiasm and creativity have been better unleashed. This study provides a practical and feasible software development project management improvement scheme for Z Company. It also offers useful references for other enterprises in the same industry to optimize software development project management during digital transformation. This helps promote the development of enterprise software development project management towards being more agile, efficient, and flexible, thereby enhancing the enterprise's overall strength in the fierce market competition.
