中文摘要:在“互联网+医疗”的背景下,我国移动医疗服务市场正处于快速增长阶段。随着民众健康意识的日益提升,移动客户端的应用为患者与医院的有效沟通提供了便利条件,将移动客户端的优点应用到智慧医疗中是现代医疗机构实现网络化发展的有力保障。智慧医疗移动客户端能够提供便捷的预约挂号、在线问诊、报告查询等服务,有助于减少就医等待时间,提高就医效率。 中老年群体存在数字技能短板,在智能设备的使用和客户端的安装等方面明显弱于年轻人,使其在使用智慧医疗服务时并不顺利。随着人口老龄化的加剧,中年群体逐渐步入老年,他们更关注自己的健康状况,同时也更关注就医的便捷和效率,对智慧医疗服务的需求也将日益增长。因此,在智慧医疗服务快速发展、智能终端设备逐渐普及的形势下,改善中年群体对智慧医疗服务的接受和使用情况,帮助他们真正享受智慧医疗的便利,是当前的重要任务。 本文依据整合技术接受模型、自我效能理论和感知风险理论等相关理论,采取扎根理论质性研究的方法,首先对中年群体智慧医疗移动客户端使用意愿的影响因素进行文献研究和提纲设计,后对智慧医疗移动客户端的中年用户进行半结构化深度访谈,充分收集访谈资料,根据访谈资料建立中年群体智慧医疗移动客户端使用意愿影响因素初始研究模型并提出研究假设,随后开展问卷调查、数据分析等工作,验证模型和假设。研究发现:(1)绩效期望、努力期望、社会影响、促成因素、自我效能对中年群体智慧医疗移动客户端使用意愿产生显著的正向影响。(2)感知风险对中年群体智慧医疗移动客户端使用意愿产生显著的负向影响。(3)学历在模型中起到一定的调节作用。 本文根据研究结论,针对中年群体,在智慧医疗移动客户端软件开发、政府及医院、社区及家属三个层面分别提出相应的提升对策,一方面通过对智慧医疗移动客户端进行适老化改造并完善其功能,使其更加友好、易用,从而提升中年群体的使用体验和满意度;另一方面在社会及家人的帮助下,中年群体能够更积极地去学习如何有效使用智慧医疗移动客户端,最终目的是提升中年群体的使用意愿,助力客户端的普及。图10幅,表17个,参考文献62篇。 
英文摘要:Under the background of "Internet + Healthcare", China's mobile medical service market is in a stage of rapid growth. With the increasing health awareness of the public, the application of mobile clients has provided convenient conditions for effective communication between patients and hospitals. Applying the advantages of mobile clients to smart healthcare is a powerful guarantee for modern medical institutions to achieve networked development. The smart healthcare mobile client can provide convenient services such as appointment registration, online consultation, and report inquiry, which helps to reduce waiting time for medical treatment and improve the efficiency of medical treatment. The middle-aged and elderly groups have shortcomings in digital skills and are significantly weaker than young people in the use of smart devices and the installation of clients, which makes their access to smart medical services not smooth. With the intensification of population aging, the middle-aged group is gradually entering old age. They pay more attention to their health conditions and also care more about the convenience and efficiency of medical treatment. The demand for smart medical services will also increase day by day. Therefore, in the context of the rapid development of smart medical services and the gradual popularization of intelligent terminal devices, improving the acceptance and usage of smart medical services by the middle-aged group and helping them truly enjoy the convenience of smart medical care is an important task at present. Based on relevant theories such as the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology, Self-efficacy Theory, and Perceived Risk Theory, this paper adopts the grounded theory qualitative research method. Firstly, it conducts literature research and outline design on the influencing factors of the willingness to use the smart healthcare mobile client among the middle-aged group. Then, it conducts semi-structured in-depth interviews with middle-aged users of the smart healthcare mobile client to fully collect interview data. Based on the interview data, an initial research model on the influencing factors of the willingness to use the smart healthcare mobile client among the middle-aged group was established and research hypotheses were proposed. Subsequently, questionnaire surveys, data analysis and other work were carried out to verify the model and hypotheses. The research findings show that: (1) Performance expectations, effort expectations, social influence, contributing factors, and self-efficacy have a significant positive impact on the willingness of middle-aged people to use the smart healthcare mobile client. (2) Perceived risks have a significant negative impact on the willingness of middle-aged people to use smart healthcare mobile clients. (3) Educational qualifications play a certain moderating role in the model. Based on the research conclusions, this paper proposes corresponding improvement countermeasures for the middle-aged group at three levels: software development of smart healthcare mobile clients, government and hospitals, and communities and family members. On the one hand, by adapting the smart healthcare mobile client to the elderly and improving its functions to make it more friendly and easy to use, the usage experience and satisfaction of the middle-aged group can be enhanced. On the other hand, with the help of society and family members, the middle-aged group can be more proactive in learning how to effectively use the smart medical mobile client. The ultimate goal is to enhance the willingness of the middle-aged group to use it and promote the popularization of the client.
