中文摘要:随着全球信息化与工业化的深度结合,工业互联网作为新一代信息技术与制造业结合的产物,已经成为推动工业转型升级的重要力量。本文以工业互联网解决方案服务商H公司为研究对象,运用战略管理理论框架,深入分析了该企业的战略管理体系。通过PEST分析模型对宏观环境进行分析发现,受益于国家政策对于工业智能化生产的大力支持,公司面临市场需求增长与技术竞争加剧的双重态势;通过波特五力模型剖析工业互联网解决方案服务商行业的竞争格局,明确H公司的核心竞争领域与风险点;通过VRIO框架评估企业内部资源与能力,分析公司资源的价值、稀缺性、可模仿性,来确定公司资源是否有持续的竞争优势,明确了H公司在航天军工领域的专业技术积累和人才团队构成其核心竞争优势。 研究系统梳理了H公司的战略体系:基于"让工业更智能"这一愿景,确立了聚焦航空航天及军工细分市场的业务层战略,并通过深度定制化和技术创新实现差异化竞争;同时制定了将非核心制造职能进行战略性资源外包的公司层战略,以轻资产模式优化资源配置;在职能层构建了与之匹配的研发、营销、服务及品牌战略体系。论文详细阐述了战略实施方案,提出分阶段、分区域的推进路径,并针对战略实施进行战略组织架构的优化、资源配置方面确保资金与人才对于公司战略的支撑、产品研发方面保证技术创新以及与最新科技的深度结合、对战略实施过程中可能出现的各类风险实施风防控管制、并针对航空航天及军工行业特点做好保密措施,构建全面的战略实施保障体系。 本研究结合战略管理相关理论,通过对相关文献和资料的查阅与整理,对工业互联网解决方案服务商H公司进行了深入的研究,以助力H公司在中国市场拥有更好的发展和品牌塑造,也希望可以为新兴的工业互联网行业的相关企业提供些许参考。 
英文摘要:With the deep integration of global informatization and industrialization, industrial Internet, as the product of the combination of new generation information technology and manufacturing industry, has become an important force to promote industrial transformation and upgrading. This paper takes H Company, an industrial Internet solution service provider, as the thesis object, and uses the theoretical framework of strategic management to deeply analyze the strategic management system of the enterprise. Through the PEST analysis model, it was found that benefiting from the strong support of national policies for industrial intelligent production, the company is facing a dual situation of market demand growth and intensified technological competition in the macro environment; Analyze the competition pattern of industrial Internet solution service provider industry through Porter's five forces model, and clarify the core competition fields and risk points of H Company; By evaluating the internal resources and capabilities of the enterprise through the VRIO framework, analyzing the value, scarcity, and imitability of the company's resources, we can determine whether the company's resources have a sustained competitive advantage. This clarifies the core competitive advantage of H Company's professional technical accumulation and talent team in the aerospace and military industry. The thesis system has sorted out the strategic system of H Company: based on the vision of "making industry smarter", it has established a business level strategy focusing on the aerospace and military sub markets, and achieved differentiated competition through deep customization and technological innovation; At the same time, a company level strategy was formulated to strategically outsource non core manufacturing functions and optimize resource allocation through a light asset model; We have established a matching R&D, marketing, service, and brand strategy system at the functional level. The thesis elaborates on the strategic implementation plan in detail, proposes a phased and regional promotion path, optimizes the strategic organizational structure for strategic implementation, ensures the support of funds and talents for the company's strategy in resource allocation, guarantees technological innovation and deep integration with the latest technology in product research and development, implements risk prevention and control measures for various risks that may arise during the strategic implementation process, and takes confidentiality measures based on the characteristics of the aerospace and military industries to build a comprehensive strategic implementation guarantee system. Based on the relevant theories of strategic management, this study conducted an in-depth study on H Company, an industrial Internet solution provider, by consulting and sorting out relevant literature and materials, in order to help H Company have better development and brand building in the Chinese market, and also hope to provide some reference for relevant enterprises in the emerging industrial Internet industry.
