中文摘要:在国家大力推动全民健身、不断优化体育产业政策的大背景下,我国体育场所运营管理类企业迎来新的发展机遇,进入快速成长期,市场化与专业化水平不断提升。然而,在行业规模迅速扩大的同时,财务风险管理问题逐渐暴露出来,一些企业因资金链断裂、成本控制失效或投资决策失误陷入经营困境,再加上这类企业本身运营模式的特点和外部环境的复杂多变,面临的财务风险也更为突出。因此,有效的财务风险管理是保障此类公司稳健经营、实现可持续发展的关键。 本文选取D体育场所运营管理公司作为典型案例,系统考察其财务风险管理的实践现状与存在问题。本研究凭借企业风险管理框架及财务风险基础理论实施,依靠文献研究、案例分析和实地调研活动,从偿债、盈利、营运、发展能力四个维度对D体育场所运营管理公司近五年财务数据做细致分析,并采用Z-score模型对其开展评估,意在系统辨别体育场所运营管理公司面临的核心财务风险。研究发现,该公司在财务风险管理过程中存在的问题主要有:风险识别环节存在识别盲区、与业务流程衔接不够紧密且精准度不足,难以全面捕捉风险;风险评估过程中过度依赖传统财务指标,评估方法单一、动态监测机制缺失以及评估科学性不足;风险应对方面则表现为应急管理能力不足和风险应对滞后。针对上述问题,本文提出优化建议:在风险识别方面,构建全面风险识别框架,优化关键业务流程与控制节点,设立专门风控部门并强化相关人员的专业化能力;在风险评估方面,构建特色指标评价体系,建立弹性周期监测与联动分析机制,完善风险评估基础;在风险应对方面,制定有效的风险应急预案,提升风险应对与监督反馈效能。 本研究为体育场所运营管理公司识别、评估和应对财务风险提供了系统性的理论指引与实践方案,有利于增强其财务的稳健性与可持续发展能力,对助力体育产业实现高质量发展有重要现实意义。 
英文摘要:Under the backdrop of the state's vigorous promotion of national fitness and continuous optimization of sports industry policies, sports venue operation and management enterprises in China have ushered in new development opportunities, entering a period of rapid growth, with their marketization and professionalization levels constantly improving. However, while the industry scale is expanding rapidly, financial risk management issues have gradually emerged. Some enterprises have fallen into operational difficulties due to broken capital chains, failed cost control, or erroneous investment decisions. Coupled with the characteristics of their own business models and the complex and volatile external environment, the financial risks they face are even more prominent. Therefore, effective financial risk management is the key to ensuring the stable operation and sustainable development of such companies. This article selects D Sports Venue Operation Management Company as a typical case to systematically examine the current practice status and existing problems of its financial risk management. This study was implemented based on the enterprise risk management framework and the basic theory of financial risk. Relying on literature research, case analysis and field investigation activities, a detailed analysis of the financial data of D Sports Venue Operation Management Company in the past five years was conducted from four dimensions: debt repayment, profit, operation and development ability, and the Z-score model was adopted to evaluate it. The aim is to systematically identify the core financial risks faced by sports venue operation and management companies. The research finds that the main problems existing in the company's financial risk management process are as follows: there are blind spots in the risk identification link, the connection with business processes is not close enough and the accuracy is insufficient, making it difficult to comprehensively capture risks. In the process of risk assessment, there is an excessive reliance on traditional financial indicators, with a single assessment method, a lack of dynamic monitoring mechanisms, and insufficient scientific nature of the assessment. In terms of risk response, it is manifested as insufficient emergency management capabilities and lagging risk response. In response to the above issues, this paper puts forward optimization suggestions: In terms of risk identification, a comprehensive risk identification framework should be constructed, key business processes and control nodes should be optimized, a dedicated risk control department should be established and the professional capabilities of relevant personnel should be strengthened; In terms of risk assessment, a characteristic indicator evaluation system should be established, an elastic cycle monitoring and linkage analysis mechanism should be set up, and the foundation of risk assessment should be improved. In terms of risk response, it is necessary to formulate effective risk emergency plans and enhance the efficiency of risk response and supervision feedback. This research provides systematic theoretical guidance and practical solutions for sports venue operation and management companies to identify, assess and respond to financial risks, which is conducive to enhancing their financial stability and sustainable development capabilities, and has significant practical significance for promoting the high-quality development of the sports industry.
