中文摘要:在贸易持续繁荣的背景下,现代物流的重要性愈发显著。当前宏观经济下行,对外贸易增长大幅放缓,货运代理行业已进入存量竞争的关键阶段,国际货运代理企业需正视现实,加快制定并实施发展战略。 本文以ZH国际货运代理有限公司(下称ZH公司)为研究样本,运用PEST分析法、波特五力模型等工具,对国内外货运代理行业环境进行深入剖析。在此基础上,全面梳理ZH公司内部价值创造环节的优势与短板。在此基础上,聚焦人力资源、物流配套资源、营销能力三个维度探讨ZH公司的内部要素,并借助SWOT矩阵对前述要点展开匹配分析,详细列举不同条件与场景下的可选方案,且对各方案进行适当评估,进而得出契合ZH公司现状、兼具前瞻性与发展性的发展战略选择。研究最终认为,该公司更适宜以SO成长型发展战略为主导,充分利用自身在核心物流节点布局的优势,抓住跨境电商快速发展带来的市场机遇;同时需融入一定的ST多样化战略、WO改进型战略,针对信息化水平不足的劣势,借助行业技术升级的契机提升数字化运营能力。在具体战略实施中,可结合差异化战略,通过提供定制化物流解决方案、优化客户服务流程打造特色品牌;辅以成本领先战略,通过整合物流资源、优化运输路线降低运营成本,通过整合多种战略的优势推动企业发展,逐步打造自身独特的竞争优势。此外,本文结合ZH公司的实际状况与行业环境设定战略目标,明确战略实施路径,包括海外代理体系构建、物流战略联盟发展、信息化建设等内容,并提出相应的战略实施配套支持方案。 本文综合多方面因素进行分析并提出解决对策,从ZH公司当前的运营难题及显现的问题入手,提供了较为完善的整体性战略方案,对同类型企业具有一定的参考价值。 
英文摘要:Against the backdrop of sustained trade prosperity, the significance of modern thesislogistics has become increasingly prominent. Currently, with the macroeconomy on the decline and the growth of foreign trade significantly slowing down, the freight forwarding industry has entered a critical stage of competition for existing market share. International freight forwarding enterprises need to face the reality and accelerate the formulation and implementation of development strategies. This thesis takes ZH International Freight Forwarding Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as ZH Company) as the research sample and uses tools such as PEST analysis and Porter's Five Forces model to conduct an in-depth analysis of the environment of the freight forwarding industry at home and abroad. On this basis, comprehensively sort out the strengths and weaknesses of the internal value creation links of ZH Company. On this basis, the internal elements of ZH Company are explored by focusing on three dimensions: human resources, logistics supporting resources, and marketing capabilities. With the help of the SWOT matrix, a matching analysis of the aforementioned key points is carried out. The available options under different conditions and scenarios are listed in detail, and each option is appropriately evaluated. Furthermore, a development strategy choice that is in line with the current situation of ZH Company and has both forward-looking and developmental potential is derived. The research ultimately concludes that the company is more suitable to be guided by the SO growth-oriented development strategy, fully leveraging its advantages in the layout of core logistics nodes, and seizing the market opportunities brought about by the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce. At the same time, it is necessary to integrate certain ST diversification strategies and WO improvement strategies. In response to the disadvantage of insufficient informatization level, we should take advantage of the opportunity of industry technological upgrading to enhance digital operation capabilities. In the specific implementation of strategies, a differentiation strategy can be combined to create a distinctive brand by providing customized logistics solutions and optimizing customer service processes. Supplemented by a cost leadership strategy, by integrating logistics resources and optimizing transportation routes to reduce operating costs, and by integrating the advantages of multiple strategies to promote enterprise development, it gradually builds its own unique competitive edge. In addition, this article sets strategic goals based on the actual situation of ZH Company and the industry environment, clarifies the strategic implementation path, including the construction of overseas agency systems, the development of logistics strategic alliances, information construction, etc., and proposes corresponding supporting plans for strategic implementation. This thesis comprehensively analyzes various factors and proposes solutions, starting from the current operational difficulties and emerging problems of ZH Company, providing a relatively complete overall strategic plan. It has certain reference value for similar enterprises.
