| 中文摘要: | 自1978年中国实施改革开放政策以来,外资企业就开始大量进入国门。在过去四十多年的发展中外资公司凭借着先进的技术、优秀的产品、卓越品牌运营和标准化的服务体系构筑了一道道的竞争防线。在中国市场获得了巨大的商业利益的同时,也为中国本地带来先进的技术、优秀人才和管理经验。C公司作为外资动物营养领域非常有代表性的一员也经历了这段跌宕起伏而又蓬勃向上的发展之路。 当国内竞品快速崛起,凭借规模优势、成本优势、上下游协同和本土优势参与竞争时,外资企业在竞争日趋复杂的今天如何获得持续的竞争优势,是一个有意义且值得深入探讨的话题。 本文以全球农业巨头C公司在华动物营养类业务40余年的发展为研究对象,运用竞争战略理论和动态能力框架,系统分析了其竞争战略的演变路径。研究显示C公司在华以差异化竞争战略参与竞争,在不同时期其竞争优势经历了从产品差异化、品牌差异化、服务差异化,再到客户价值差异化的演变。每次战略更新和优化都让C公司的核心竞争力得到了重塑和加固,同时也带来业绩的节节攀升。从中可以得出这样的结论:竞争优势的可持续性并非依赖于某一静态优势资源,而是能从静态资源向动态能力构建的能力。每一次战略更新都需要以客户需求变化为指引,以前瞻的眼光将外部挑战转化为战略机遇。并敢于对自身能力、组织架构甚至商业模式进行重塑。这背后既有其百年经营的经验积累,也是对经典竞争战略理论的践行和致敬。 企业竞争的本质就是能否建立起竞争优势,而竞争优势在不同时期有不同的载体。如何进行竞争优势的动态重构,如何让每一次的变革都是持续的价值攀升之路正是本论文研究的重点。也希望本文对中国农牧企业的全球化竞争,为外资企业在华战略调整有借鉴和指导意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Since China implemented the reform and opening-up policy in 1978, foreign-funded enterprises have begun to enter the country in large numbers. Over the past four decades of development, foreign-funded companies have built up a series of competitive defenses by virtue of their advanced technologies, excellent products, outstanding brand operations and standardized service systems.While reaping huge commercial benefits in the Chinese market, it has also brought advanced technologies, outstanding talents and management experience to the local Chinese market.Company C, as a very representative member of the foreign-funded animal nutrition field, has also experienced this ups and downs yet vigorous development path. When domestic competitors rise rapidly and participate in the competition by leveraging their scale advantages, cost advantages, upstream and downstream synergy, and local advantages, how foreign-funded enterprises can gain a sustained competitive edge in today's increasingly complex competition is a profound, meaningful and worthy topic for in-depth exploration. This thesis takes the development of the animal nutrition business of global agricultural giant C Company in China over more than 40 years as the research object. By applying the theory of competitive strategy and the dynamic capability framework, it systematically analyzes the evolution path of its differentiated competitive strategy.Research shows that Company C has participated in competition in China with a differentiated competitive strategy. At different times, its competitive advantages have undergone an evolution from product differentiation, brand differentiation, service differentiation to customer value differentiation.Each strategic update and optimization has reshaped and strengthened the core competitiveness of Company C, and at the same time, it has also led to a continuous rise in performance.From this, it can be concluded that the sustainability of competitive advantage does not rely on a certain static advantageous resource, but rather on the ability to build from static resources to dynamic capabilities.Every strategic update needs to be guided by changes in customer demands and transform external challenges into strategic opportunities with a forward-looking perspective.And have the courage to reshape one's own capabilities, organizational structure and even business model.Behind this lies not only the accumulation of its century-old business experience but also the practice and tribute to the classic competitive strategy theory. The essence of enterprise competition lies in whether a competitive advantage can be established, and competitive advantages have different carriers at different times.How to dynamically reconstruct competitive advantages and how to ensure that every transformation is a continuous path of value ascent are precisely the key points of this thesis.It is also hoped that this thesis can provide reference and guidance for the global competition of Chinese agricultural and livestock enterprises and the strategic adjustment of foreign-funded enterprises in China. | |
