| 英文摘要: | Under the national background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, the offshore wind power business has flourished in recent years. Offshore Oil Engineering Company is actively transforming towards offshore wind power business. As a leader in domestic offshore oil engineering, C Offshore Oil Engineering Company is a listed company under a state-owned oil company, specializing in general contracting engineering business for offshore oil development. It is committed to providing customers with integrated energy engineering solutions of "engineering + product + service". After decades of development, it has developed into one of the largest and most powerful offshore energy engineering companies in the Asia-Pacific region. In response to the development trend of offshore wind power, C Offshore Oil Engineering Company has been actively expanding its offshore wind power business in recent years and has participated in the construction of multiple offshore wind power projects. Meanwhile, during the development of the offshore wind power business, many restrictive factors were also discovered, which to a large extent contributed to the development of the offshore wind power business of C Offshore Oil Engineering Company. This thesis aims to study what competitive strategies C Offshore Oil Engineering Company adopts to gain sustainable core competitiveness from being a leading enterprise in the offshore oil and gas engineering industry to a new entrant in the offshore wind power industry. This thesis analyzes the internal and external environment of C Offshore Oil Engineering Company in the offshore wind power business as well as the company's capability resources. Through the SWOT analysis method, it analyzes the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, determines the business fields and target customers of the company in the offshore wind power business, formulates differentiated competitive strategies in a targeted manner, and proposes safeguard measures. This thesis provides development ideas for C Offshore Oil Engineering Company's transformation into offshore wind power business, and also offers certain reference value for similar offshore oil engineering enterprises to carry out offshore wind power business. | |
