中文摘要: 在中国科技高速发展的今天,传统制造业作为我国的支柱产业之一,承担着中国式现代化的重要任务,但是由于经济大环境影响,传统制造业似乎连年都未见明显增长,许多制造业国有企业和改制企业在日益激烈的竞争中逐渐边缘化。近年来,随着制造业高质量发展目标的提出,国家逐步重视传统制造业的发展。这些企业面对多重压力和新的机遇,都在谋求新方式新方法来提升效益,力争抓住这个千载难逢的机会。 本文选取典型的国有改制企业——WQ公司作为研究对象,该公司主要从事机械设备安装、维护、检修等业务,原为国有企业,于2004年正式改制挂牌,WQ公司改制后很长一段时间业绩相对之前没有明显改进,且经过调查发现员工满意度相对较低,工作积极性相对较差,因此,如何提高员工满意度是改进该公司业绩的前提和必要之举,本研究根据已有的员工满意度理论,探索研究提高该公司员工满意度的路径和方法,以期为公司改进绩效奠定基础。 本研究首先对如何运用管理学理论对员工满意度进行调查和提升进行了研究,在充分了解该公司实际情况并结合公司工作要求的前提下,以问卷调查及面对面访谈作为主要方法。问卷回收后,本研究对问卷结果进行因子分析来归纳影响该公司员工满意度的原因为领导及规章、薪酬待遇、工作内容及社会认同、晋升及人际关系四大方面,同时与公司各层级员工就公司目前存在的问题及改进建议进行了访谈,并从建设差异化培训体系、调整薪酬激励策略、优化工作流程、拓展员工发展空间四个方面有针对性地提出了改进建议和实施策略。以达到了解并提升WQ公司员工满意度、使公司又好又快发展的研究目的。 
英文摘要:In today's era of rapid technological advancement in China, traditional manufacturing, as one of the country's pillar industries, shoulders the crucial task of advancing the Chinese path to modernization. However, due to the impact of the broader economic environment, traditional manufacturing has seemingly shown no significant growth year after year. Many state-owned and restructured manufacturing enterprises are gradually being marginalized amid increasingly fierce competition. In recent years, with the proposal of high-quality development goals for the manufacturing sector, the nation has progressively prioritized the growth of traditional manufacturing. Faced with multiple pressures and new opportunities, these enterprises are seeking innovative approaches and methods to enhance efficiency, striving to seize this once-in-a-millennium opportunity. This thesis selects WQ Company, a typical state-owned enterprise undergoing restructuring, as the research subject. The company primarily engages in mechanical equipment installation, maintenance, and repair services. Originally a state-owned enterprise, it officially underwent restructuring and listing in 2004. Despite the restructuring, WQ Company's performance has not shown significant improvement. A survey revealed low employee satisfaction, resulting in weak work motivation. Therefore, improving employee satisfaction is a prerequisite for enhancing the company's performance. Based on existing employee satisfaction theories, this study explores pathways and methods to improve employee satisfaction, aiming to lay the foundation for the company's performance enhancement. This thesis first investigates how to apply management theories to survey and enhance employee satisfaction. Based on a thorough understanding of the company's actual situation and in alignment with its operational requirements, a questionnaire survey was conducted as the primary method. After collecting the responses, the study performed factor analysis on the questionnaire results to identify four key factors influencing employee satisfaction: leadership and regulations, compensation and benefits, job content and social recognition, as well as promotion and interpersonal relationships. Additionally, interviews were conducted with employees at various levels to assess the feasibility of proposed improvement recommendations and implementation strategies. Targeted suggestions and strategies were then developed across four dimensions: establishing a differentiated training system, adjusting compensation incentive mechanisms, optimizing workflows, and expanding employee development opportunities. These measures aim to achieve the research objective of understanding and improving employee satisfaction at WQ Company, thereby facilitating its healthy and rapid growth.
