中文摘要:随着网络技术的突飞猛进以及由此推动的全球化市场的形成,管理逐渐超越技术成为企业新的竞争优势,企业要发展,需要借助竞争情报辅助其决策,需要充分利用管理优势,对管理进行创新。本研究以“网络环境”、“竞争情报”和“企业管理创新”为着眼点,尝试将三者融为一体,全方位地构建面向企业管理创新的竞争情报运行机制,促进企业管理创新。 本研究共分六章,全文框架和主要内容如下: 第一章 绪论。在分析面向企业管理创新的竞争情报运行机制的研究背景、研究目的与意义的基础上,确定了研究主题与研究目标,提出了研究框架,并选择了研究方法。 第二章 相关理论回顾。本章分别从竞争情报和管理创新两个方面对国内外相关研究成果进行梳理,并进行述评。 第三章 竞争情报与管理创新的整合。本研究综合理论分析和实证研究成果,从理论和现实两个方面论证了竞争情报与管理创新整合的必要性与可行性,并构建了企业中的竞争情报人员定位模型。 第四章 面向企业管理创新的竞争情报运行机制构建。本章是研究的主体,在全面考虑企业管理创新和竞争情报的特点以及面向企业管理创新的竞争情报运行机制复杂性的基础上,将面向企业管理创新的竞争情报运行机制分为五个子机制,并在理论分析和实证研究的基础上构建了主要以企业内联网为运行平台的面向企业管理创新的竞争情报沟通机制和面向企业管理创新的竞争情报激励机制,主要以企业外联网为运行平台的面向企业管理创新的竞争情报协同机制,主要以因特网为运行平台的面向企业管理创新的竞争情报导向机制,以及充分利用各种网络的面向企业管理创新的反竞争情报防御机制。 第五章 面向企业管理创新的竞争情报运行机制的实施保障。本章在理论分析和实证研究的基础上,从竞争情报人员、领导者、企业员工、信息技术及其它(制度、监管小组等)五个方面构建了面向企业管理创新的竞争情报运行机制保障模型。 第六章 结论。总结本研究的研究成果和主要贡献,并讨论了研究局限,提出未来的研究方向。 本文创新点主要体现在以下三个方面: 第一,构建了竞争情报人员定位模型。本研究通过理论分析和实证研究,确立了竞争情报人员在企业管理创新过程中应扮演辅助者的角色,对领导进行决策支持,调动管理者的创新活力以及有效激励基层人员,提升企业全员创新思维。 第二,构建了面向企业管理创新的竞争情报运行机制。本研究考虑到面向企业管理创新的竞争情报运行机制的复杂性,立足于实际情况,将其分解为五个子机制,并在理论分析和实证研究的基础上分别构建了相应模型,即主要以企业内联网为运行平台的面向企业管理创新的竞争情报沟通机制和面向企业管理创新的竞争情报激励机制,主要以企业外联网为运行平台的面向企业管理创新的竞争情报协同机制,主要以因特网为运行平台的面向企业管理创新的竞争情报导向机制,以及充分利用各种网络的面向企业管理创新的反竞争情报防御机制。 第三,构建了面向企业管理创新的竞争情报运行机制的实施保障模型。本研究通过理论分析认为,需要从竞争情报人员、领导者、企业员工、信息技术及其它(制度、监管小组等)五个方面构建了面向企业管理创新的竞争情报运行机制保障模型。为了保证保障模型的现实可操作性,进行了实证研究,并对模型进行修正和完善。  
英文摘要:With the rapid development of the network and the formation of the global market,management instead of technology becomes the enterprise’s new competitive advantage.Enterprises need competitive intelligence to make decision and need to make full use of manegement advantanges to develop,which they need to innovat management.Focusing on“network environment”,“competitive intelligence”and “management innovation”,the thesis tries to integrate the three to construct the operational mechanism of competitive intelligence oriented management innovation to promote management innovation of enterprises. The thesis can be devided into six parts as follows: The chapter one introduces the background,purpose and significance of the thesisi,and definite the theme,objective,framework and methods of the research. The chapter two reviews the domestic and foreign relative research results about competitive intelligence and management innovation. The chapter three is about integration of competitive intelligence and management innovation.Combining theoretical analysis and empirical research,this paper demonstrates the feasibility and necessity of integration of competitive intelligence and management innovation,and builds the positioning model for competitive intelligence personnel in the enterprise. The chapter four discusses the structure of the operational mechanism of competitive intelligence oriented management innovation.The thesis divides the operational mechanism into five sub-mechanism and constructs models for them on the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical research,that is the competitive intelligence communicative mechanism oriented management innovation and the competitive intelligence incentive mechanism oriented management innovation based on the intranet,the competitive intelligence collaborative mechanism oriented management innovation based on the extranet, the competitive intelligence oriented mechanism for management innovation based on the internet, and the anti-competitive intelligence defensive mechanism oriented management innovation which makes full use of the network environment. The chapter five demonstrates the implementation and protection of the operational mechanism of competitive intelligence oriented management innovation. on the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical research ,this part constructs the model of the implementation and protection of the operational mechanism of competitive intelligence oriented management innovation mainly from four aspects which are competitive intelligence staff, leadership, employee, information technology,etc. The chapter six is the conclusion. It summaries the conclusions of the research, discusses the limitations, and propose further research directions. The innovation of this research is mainly reflected in the following three aspects: Firstly, buildig the positioning model for competitive intelligence personnel in the enterprise. Secondly, contructing the operational mechanism of competitive intelligence oriented management innovation.The thesis divides the operational mechanism into five sub-mechanism and constructs models for them on the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical research ,that is the competitive intelligence communicative mechanism oriented management innovation and the competitive intelligence incentive mechanism oriented management innovation,the competitive intelligence collaborative mechanism oriented management innovation,the competitive intelligence oriented mechanism oriented management innovation,and the anti-competitive intelligence defensive mechanism oriented management innovation . Thirdly,contructing the model of the implementation and protection of the operational mechanism of competitive intelligence oriented management innovation. on the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical research, mainly from four aspects which are competitive intelligence staff, leadership, employee, information technology,etc.
