| 中文摘要: | 在全球数字经济加速发展及“加快数字化发展,建设数字中国”的国家战略背景下,数智化转型已成为传统企业实现高质量发展的关键路径。化工行业作为国民经济支柱产业,占据我国GDP总产值12%以上,当前面临产能过剩、碳减排等多重挑战,其数智化转型尤为迫切。本文以天津市国有企业BH集团为研究对象,该集团位列中国500强,是天津化工龙头企业,被誉为“中国制碱工业的摇篮”,拥有总产能近千万吨、资产总额千亿,布局三个综合性化工生产基地及两个港口,形成氯碱化工、现代煤化工等四条主产业链及多个相关产业,产品牌号超1000个,具有较强的行业代表性。 首先,梳理数智化转型的理论与研究现状,指出当前研究存在化工行业案例不足、细分领域针对性不强等问题。因化工行业细分领域多、工艺流程及生产装置差异大,通用研究难以适配具体转型需求。其次,分析BH集团数智化转型现状,包括基础网络设施建设、生产数据及危化品管控、智能工厂体系、业财一体体系、数智化管理体系等方面的推进成效,评估其转型能力并识别薄弱环节与现存挑战。再次,运用PEST、波特五力模型、SWOT等方法,从宏观政策环境、行业竞争格局、企业内外部优劣势等维度展开系统分析。最后,结合BH集团未来发展规划,从生产制造、业财融合、运营管理等层面,提出完善数智化基础设施、全流程线上管理、全数据采集、营销管理数智化、构建网络安全保障体系等战略对策,并明确人力资源、财务、组织架构、系统安全等保障措施。 研究不仅旨在拓宽BH集团对数智化转型的理论理解,丰富数智化转型及企业内部效果评价的研究,更致力于为其提升整体竞争力、推动高质量发展提供实践指导,同时为同类国有化工企业及其他行业的数智化转型提供可借鉴的经验依据。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Against the backdrop of the accelerated development of the global digital economy and the national strategy of "accelerating digital development and building a Digital China", digital and intelligent transformation has become a key path for traditional enterprises to achieve high-quality development. As a pillar industry of the national economy, the chemical industry accounts for more than 12% of China's total GDP. Currently, it is facing multiple challenges such as overcapacity and carbon emission reduction, making its digital and intelligent transformation particularly urgent. This thesis takes BH Group, a state-owned enterprise in Tianjin, as the research object. Ranked among China's Top 500 Enterprises, BH Group is a leading chemical enterprise in Tianjin and is known as "the cradle of China's soda ash industry". It has a total production capacity of nearly 10 million tons and total assets of 100 billion yuan, with three comprehensive chemical production bases and two ports. The group has formed four main industrial chains including chlor-alkali chemical industry and modern coal chemical industry, as well as a number of related industries, with more than 1,000 product grades, thus demonstrating strong representativeness in the industry. Firstly, this thesis sorts out the theories and research status of digital and intelligent transformation, and points out the problems existing in current research, such as insufficient cases in the chemical industry and weak pertinence in segmented fields. Due to the large number of segmented fields in the chemical industry and significant differences in technological processes and production equipment, general research is difficult to meet the specific transformation needs. Secondly, it analyzes the current status of BH Group's digital and intelligent transformation, including the progress achieved in the construction of basic network infrastructure, the management and control of production data and hazardous chemicals, the smart factory system, the integrated business-finance system, and the digital and intelligent management system. It also evaluates the group's transformation capabilities and identifies weak links and existing challenges. Thirdly, by using methods such as PEST, Porter's Five Forces Model, and SWOT, the thesis conducts a systematic analysis from the dimensions of macro policy environment, industry competition pattern, and internal and external advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise. Finally, combined with BH Group's future development plan, the thesis proposes strategic countermeasures from the aspects of manufacturing, business-finance integration, and operation management, including improving digital and intelligent infrastructure, realizing full-process online management, conducting full-data collection, digitalizing marketing management, and building a network security assurance system. Meanwhile, it clarifies safeguard measures in terms of human resources, finance, organizational structure, and system security. The research not only aims to broaden BH Group's theoretical understanding of digital and intelligent transformation and enrich the research on digital and intelligent transformation and internal enterprise effect evaluation, but also strives to provide practical guidance for the group to enhance its overall competitiveness and promote high-quality development. At the same time, it provides reference experience for the digital and intelligent transformation of similar state-owned chemical enterprises and enterprises in other industries. | |
