| 中文摘要: | 产品质量是企业生存发展的核心,也是国家强国战略的重要内容。在数字化技术普及与市场竞争加剧的背景下,传统“事后检验、人工管控”的质量管理模式已难以满足高精度零部件制造企业的发展需求。A公司作为航天领域高精度零件制造企业,面临着数据分散难追溯、关键工序监控缺失、质量问题响应滞后、监督闭环断裂等突出痛点,亟需通过数字化转型实现质量管理升级。 本文以A公司为研究对象,采用文献研究法、案例分析法与访谈法,构建“问题诊断 — 方案设计 — 保障落地”的研究思路。首先,通过梳理国内外数字化质量管理研究现状,结合全面质量管理、朱兰质量三部曲、数字化质量管理(DQM)等理论,明确研究的理论支撑。其次,深入分析A公司质量管理现状,定位出质量过程控制与质量监督管理两大核心问题及根源。最后,针对性设计“过程管控强化 + 监督闭环构建”的数字化改进方案,并从管理、技术、人员三方面提出实施保障措施。 研究结论显示,通过搭建集成MES/TDM的数字化质量管理平台,实现生产参数实时采集、检验数据自动核验、质量问题快速追溯,可有效解决A公司传统质量管理痛点。过程控制层面,借助数字化技术实现六要素的精准管控与协同联动。监督管理层面,构建“过程动态监督 — 检验全流程管控 — 监督闭环管理”体系,推动质量管理从“事后补救”向“事前预防、事中控制”转型。实施保障层面,通过最高管理者战略支持、数字化技术深度赋能、全员激励与培训,确保方案落地见效。最终,该方案可提升A公司产品合格率与生产效率,降低质量成本,增强市场竞争力。 本文创新点主要体现在三方面:一是理论应用创新,将全面质量管理、朱兰质量三部曲与物联网、大数据等数字化技术深度融合,构建适配数字化场景的质量管理理论应用框架。二是实践方案创新,针对航天高精度零部件“零容错、高可靠性”特性,设计定制化数字化方案,如区块链赋能全链路追溯、检验系统与供应商数据联动等,破解行业共性痛点。三是方法工具创新,构建“数字化监督 — 智能改进 — 闭环优化”的全流程工具链,减少人工干预,提升质量管理的精准度与效率。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Product quality is the core of an enterprise's survival and development, and also a key component of the national strategy for building a powerful country. Against the backdrop of the popularization of digital technology and intensified market competition, the traditional quality management model featuring "post-event inspection and manual control" can no longer meet the development needs of high-precision parts manufacturing enterprises. As a high-precision parts manufacturing enterprise in the aerospace field, Company A faces prominent pain points such as scattered and untraceable data, lack of monitoring for key processes, delayed response to quality issues, and broken supervision closed-loop. It urgently needs to achieve quality management upgrading through digital transformation. Taking Company A as the research object, this paper adopts the methods of literature research, case analysis and interview, and constructs a research framework of "problem diagnosis - solution design - implementation guarantee". Firstly, by sorting out the domestic and international research status of digital quality management, and combining theories such as Total Quality Management (TQM), Juran's Quality Trilogy, and Digital Quality Management (DQM), the theoretical support for the research is clarified. Secondly, the current status of quality management in Company A is analyzed in depth, and two core issues (quality process control and quality supervision management) and their root causes are identified. Finally, a digital improvement plan focusing on "strengthening process control + building supervision closed-loop" is designed in a targeted manner, and implementation guarantee measures are proposed from three aspects: management, technology and personnel. The research conclusions show that the traditional quality management pain points of Company A can be effectively solved by building a digital quality management platform integrated with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and TDM (Test Data Management), which realizes real-time collection of production parameters, automatic verification of inspection data, and rapid traceability of quality issues. At the process control level, digital technology is used to achieve precise control and collaborative linkage of the six elements (people, machines, materials, methods, environment, and measurement). At the supervision management level, a system of "dynamic process supervision - full-process inspection control - supervision closed-loop management" is constructed, promoting the transformation of quality management from "post-event remedy" to "pre-event prevention and in-process control". At the implementation guarantee level, the effective implementation of the plan is ensured through the strategic support of top management, in-depth empowerment of digital technology, and full-staff motivation and training. Ultimately, this plan can improve the product qualification rate and production efficiency of Company A, reduce quality costs, and enhance its market competitiveness. The innovations of this paper are mainly reflected in three aspects: first, the innovation in theoretical application, which deeply integrates theories such as Total Quality Management and Juran's Quality Trilogy with digital technologies like the Internet of Things and big data, and constructs a theoretical application framework for quality management adapted to the digital scenario. Second, the innovation in practical solutions, which designs customized digital solutions for the "zero tolerance and high reliability" characteristics of high-precision aerospace parts, such as blockchain-enabled full-link traceability and data linkage between the inspection system and suppliers, to solve common pain points in the industry. Third, the innovation in method and tool, which builds a full-process tool chain of "digital supervision - intelligent improvement - closed-loop optimization", reduces manual intervention, and improves the accuracy and efficiency of quality management. | |
