| 中文摘要: | 新产品开发作为企业持续保持市场竞争力的核心,在企业长期发展中占据重要地位,新产品开发流程也一直都是T公司关注的重点流程之一。本文按照问题调查、问题原因分析、根本原因归类、提出优化方案和保障措施的研究思路,对T公司新产品开发流程当前存在的问题进行识别、分析,结合流程优化相关理论知识和方法,提出了对应的优化措施。 本文首先介绍了在房地产市场变化的背景下,电梯行业市场需求及企业面临竞争环境的变化。结合企业新产品开发现状,明确了本文研究的具体意义,确定了以新产品开发流程优化为研究内容,分析并制定了具体的研究方法和本文计划采用的研究路线。 随后,本文介绍了以流程再造理论和并行工程理论为主体的流程优化相关理论,为后续研究提供了重要的理论基础。本文对T公司整体产品结构和新产品开发流程现状进行了介绍和分析。采用了调查问卷和小组讨论的方式明确了目前流程中存在的资源分配不合理、技术决策效率低、项目开发周期长和项目立项评审不准确等重点问题。针对重点问题进行深入分析,探索其产生的内在根本原因,并对相关原因进行了分类汇总。 最后,本文提出了包括企业和研发内部组织架构调整为代表的开发资源优化措施以及建立决策机制等提升资源利用率措施,进行了新产品开发项目和技术流程的整合重构,更新了项目节点的审核方式和人员组织形式,用以提升流程运行效率。在设计开发环节优化方面,提出了采用并行工程和数据驱动设计方法为代表的新型设计管理方法和以QCPC为代表的流程持续优化方法。笔者提出了保证优化措施顺利实施所需的组织保障、人力资源保障及软件系统保障等保障措施,确保优化措施可以得到有效实施并取得理想的效果。 | |
| 英文摘要: | As the key point of a company to keep market competitiveness, new product development plays a crucial role in its long-term development. The new product development process has always been a key process for T Company. The thesis identifies and analyzes current problems in T Company's new product development process, following a research approach encompassing problem investigation, cause analysis, root cause classification, and the development of optimization solutions and safeguards. Drawing on relevant process optimization theories and methodologies, corresponding optimization measures are proposed. Firstly, the thesis introduces the changing market demand and competitive environment facing the elevator industry, particularly against the backdrop of real estate market fluctuations. Drawing on the current state of new product development within the company, this thesis clarifies the specific significance of this study, identifies the optimization of the new product development process as the research topic, and analyzes and formulates specific research methods and proposed research paths. Then, the thesis introduces relevant process optimization theories, centered on process reengineering and concurrent engineering, providing an important theoretical foundation for subsequent research. This thesis also introduces and analyzes T Company's overall product structure and status of its new product development process. Using questionnaires and group discussions, key issues within the current process were identified, including irrational resource allocation, inefficient technical decision-making, long project development cycles, and inaccurate project approval reviews. Based on the deep analysis of key issues, the thesis explored the root causes and categorized the relevant causes. Finally, the thesis proposes development resource optimization measures, including adjustments to the internal organizational structure of the enterprise and R&D department, as well as measures to improve resource utilization, such as establishing a decision-making mechanism. It also integrates and restructures new product development projects and technical processes and updates the review methods and personal organization for project milestones to improve process efficiency. Regarding design and development optimization, it proposes new design management methods, represented by concurrent engineering and data-driven design methods, and continuous process optimization methods, such as QCPC. The author proposes organizational, human resource and software system safeguards necessary to ensure the smooth implementation of optimization measures, ensuring their effective implementation and achieving desired results. | |
