| 英文摘要: | Amid the global MICE industry's profound shift toward the experience economy, a research gap persists in the risk management of "exhibition-affiliated" cultural and commercial events. The unique "embedded" nature of such events, co-existing with their parent exhibitions, presents distinct management challenges. This thesis, taking the Canton Fair's "Music and Food Festival" as a case, aims to construct a systematic risk prevention and control system. This research adopts a multi-method approach. A theoretical framework is first established through a literature review, followed by the systematic identification of seven major risk categories—including security control and operational optimization—using a combination of document analysis and expert surveys. Subsequently, an innovative model integrating the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Probability-Impact (PI) Matrix is employed to quantitatively assess and prioritize these risk factors. The assessment pinpoints five core risks demanding the highest priority: Public Order and Fire Safety Management (C3), Cost and Budget Control (C9), Crowd and Venue Management (C5), Revenue and Sponsorship Management (C10), and Food Safety Supervision (C1). Accordingly, this thesis develops an integrated risk governance framework. This framework features a governance structure centered on a "Joint Risk Management Committee" and includes specific "Before-During-After" response protocols and a dynamic monitoring mechanism. The findings of this research not only provide decision-making references for the operation of the Canton Fair Music and Food Festival but also fill a significant theoretical gap in the risk management of "exhibition-affiliated" events. It offers a replicable theoretical model and methodological guidance for the risk governance of similar complex events in the future. | |
