| 中文摘要: | 本研究基于商业模式画布理论框架,结合资源基础观和动态能力理论,以DJJT公司居家养老业务为研究对象,通过系统的实证分析,深入探讨了居家养老商业模式的优化路径和实施保障体系。研究立足于中国人口老龄化加速发展的社会背景,聚焦居家养老服务行业的创新发展需求,具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。 本研究采纳了混合方法研究策略,具体通过梳理相关文献、实施深度访谈、分发调查问卷以及解析大数据等多种技术手段展开综合探讨。通过对DJJT公司内部运营数据的系统分析,结合500份有效客户问卷和30场深度访谈结果,全面诊断了企业商业模式存在的突出问题。研究发现,DJJT公司居家养老业务在多个维度存在不配称现象:客户细分精度不足导致服务资源错配;价值主张模糊造成专业化形象不突出;渠道建设滞后影响服务可达性;收入来源的单一性掣肘了风险抵御能力;核心资源利用率低下难以充分发挥其应有的规模效应。 针对诊断结果,本研究提出了系统的商业模式优化方案。首先建立了科学的客户分层体系,基于5个维度22个指标将客户划分为五个层级,实现精准服务定位。其次重构三维价值主张,强化医养结合特色和个性化服务。同时构建全渠道服务生态,提升服务可达性。创新设计多元化收入模式,增强财务稳健性。最后通过数字化手段优化资源配置,提升运营效率。 为确保方案落地,研究构建了完整的实施保障体系,涵盖组织、制度、资源、技术和风险五个维度。组织保障方面建立矩阵式结构和三级决策机制;制度保障方面设计绩效管理和激励体系;资源保障方面制定人才发展和资金规划;技术保障方面规划数字化路径和安全体系;风险管理方面建立预警和应急机制。 本研究的创新点体现在:理论层面拓展了商业模式画布在养老服务领域的应用,实现多理论框架整合;方法层面采用混合研究方法确保结论科学性;实践层面提出可操作的优化方案和实施路径。研究成果不仅为DJJT公司提供改进方案,也为行业发展提供借鉴,为政策制定提供参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | This study is based on the theoretical framework of the Business Model Canvas, combined with the Resource-Based View and Dynamic Capability Theory. It takes the home care business of DJJT Company as the research object and conducts a systematic empirical analysis to deeply explore the optimization path and implementation guarantee system of the home care business model. The research is based on the social background of the accelerated development of population aging in China and focuses on the innovation and development needs of the home care service industry, which has important theoretical value and practical significance. The research adopts a mixed research method and comprehensively uses various research methods such as literature analysis, in-depth interviews, questionnaire surveys, and big data analysis. Through the systematic analysis of the internal operation data of DJJT Company, combined with the results of 500 valid customer questionnaires and 30 in-depth interviews, it comprehensively diagnoses the prominent problems existing in the enterprise's business model. The research finds that DJJT Company's home care business has mismatch phenomena in multiple dimensions: insufficient precision in customer segmentation leads to the misallocation of service resources; ambiguous value proposition results in an unremarkable professional image; lagging channel construction affects service accessibility; a single revenue structure weakens the ability to resist risks; low utilization rate of core resources restricts the exertion of scale effects. In response to the diagnosis results, this study proposes a systematic business model optimization plan. Firstly, a scientific customer stratification system is established, dividing customers into five levels based on five dimensions and 22 indicators to achieve precise service positioning. Secondly, the three-dimensional value proposition is reconstructed to strengthen the characteristics of medical and elderly care integration and personalized services. At the same time, a full-channel service ecosystem is constructed to enhance service accessibility. A diversified revenue model is innovatively designed to enhance financial stability. Finally, digital means are used to optimize resource allocation and improve operational efficiency. To ensure the implementation of the plan, the research constructs a complete implementation guarantee system covering five dimensions: organization, system, resources, technology, and risk. In terms of organizational guarantee, a matrix structure and a three-level decision-making mechanism are established; in terms of system guarantee, a performance management and incentive system is designed; in terms of resource guarantee, a talent development and fund planning are formulated; in terms of technical guarantee, a digitalization path and security system are planned; in terms of risk management, a warning and emergency mechanism is established. The innovation points of this research are reflected in: at the theoretical level, it expands the application of the Business Model Canvas in the elderly care service field and realizes the integration of multiple theoretical frameworks; at the methodological level, it adopts a mixed research method to ensure the scientificity of the conclusion; at the practical level, it proposes an operable optimization plan and implementation path. The research results not only provide improvement plans for DJJT Company but also offer references for the development of the industry and provide references for policy-making. | |
