| 中文摘要: | EPC模式凭借其集成化、精细化的管理优势,正在重塑工程建设组织实施方式。在此背景下,K公司紧跟行业趋势,在胶粘剂新材料项目生产车间、研发中试车间和公共辅助配套设施建设中采用EPC工程总承包模式,虽然采用EPC工程总承包模式可以降低风险、缩短工期、减轻管理负担,但K公司同时面临成本控制困难、项目控制力弱化、联合体协作风险等问题。那么,一直被视为影响工程项目成败的关键因素之一的进度管理,就成为K公司在EPC总承包模式下的管理重点。基于此,本文从K公司视角出发,以K公司胶粘剂新材料EPC总承包项目为案例,深入研究EPC总承包模式下工程项目的进度风险,并提出针对性的风险化解与管理优化措施。 本论文通过文献研究、经验总结、对比分析等方法,阐述了EPC模式工程项目进度管理存在的风险与问题,并对进度管理各项指标进行深入探讨与评价,为K公司胶粘剂新材料项目的顺利实施提供一定的理论基础和参考数据。首先,论文对EPC总承包模式工程项目进度管理研究的背景、目的、意义进行了详细介绍,并且对EPC项目进度管理研究的国内外现状以及相关的理论进行详细阐述,为后续对于K公司胶粘剂新材料项目在EPC模式下的进度管理研究明确了方向,奠定了坚实的理论基础。其次,论文采用访谈式的调查研究法,找出项目进度管理过程中存在的问题,从操作性、执行情况和纠偏情况三个方面进行了梳理,并详细分析了出现上述问题的原因。然后,从进度计划改进、进度实施与控制两方面提出优化意见与提升措施,将理论与实践紧密结合,增强论文的可信度。最后,对上述探索分析内容进行总结归纳,得出最终的结论与成果,并对后续相关研究,以及K公司后续工程项目进度管理成效进行合理化展望。 通过对K公司胶粘剂新材料项目进度管理的深入研究,希望论文可以给K公司日后的EPC总承包项目进度管理提供一定帮助与启发,也希望为后续的深入研究提供有力支撑。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The EPC model, with its integrated and refined management advantages, is reshaping the implementation of engineering construction organization. In this context, K Company closely follows industry trends and adopts the EPC engineering general contracting model in the production workshop, R&D pilot workshop, and public auxiliary facilities construction of adhesive new materials projects. Although adopting the EPC engineering general contracting model can reduce risks, shorten construction periods, and alleviate management burdens, K Company also faces difficulties in cost control, weakened project control, and risks of consortium cooperation. Therefore, schedule management, which has always been regarded as one of the key factors affecting the success or failure of engineering projects, has become a management focus of K Company under the EPC general contracting model. Based on this, this article takes K Company's adhesive new material EPC general contracting project as a case study from the perspective of K Company, deeply studies the schedule risks of engineering projects under the EPC general contracting mode and proposes targeted risk resolution and management optimization measures. This thesis elaborates on the risks and problems of schedule management in EPC mode engineering projects through literature research, experience summary, comparative analysis, and other methods. It also explores and evaluates various indicators of schedule management in depth, providing a theoretical basis and reference data for the smooth implementation of K Company's adhesive new material project. Firstly, the thesis provides a detailed introduction to the background, purpose, and significance of the research on EPC general contracting mode engineering project schedule management. It also elaborates on the current situation and relevant theories of EPC project schedule management research both domestically and internationally, laying a solid theoretical foundation for future research on schedule management of K Company's adhesive new material project under EPC mode. Secondly, the thesis uses various research methods and combines various literature and research results in recent years to sort out the problems that exist in the progress management process of K Company's adhesive new material project in the EPC general contracting project from three aspects: operability, execution, and correction. The reasons for the above problems are analyzed in detail. Then, optimization suggestions and improvement measures are proposed from three aspects: progress plan management improvement, progress implementation management improvement, and progress monitoring management improvement. The theory and practice are closely integrated to enhance the credibility of the thesis. Finally, summarizing and generalizing the above exploration and analysis content, draw the conclusion and results, and provide a rational outlook for subsequent related research and the progress management effectiveness of K Company's subsequent engineering projects. Through in-depth research on the progress management of K Company's adhesive new material project, it is hoped that this thesis can provide some help and inspiration for K Company's future EPC general contracting project progress management and provide strong support for subsequent in-depth research. | |
