| 中文摘要: | 摘要 自“健康中国”战略深入推进以来,健康信息素养作为提升国民健康素养的核心要素,其重要性日益凸显。煤炭企业员工作为长期面临井下作业风险、职业病高发的特殊职业群体,其健康信息素养水平不仅直接关系个人身心健康,更对煤炭行业高质量发展具有关键影响。然而,现有研究显示,煤炭企业员工在健康信息素养方面仍存在显著短板,难以充分满足职业健康防护与健康管理需求。因此,探究该群体健康信息素养的现状特征并提出针对性提升策略,可为煤炭企业优化员工健康信息教育、完善健康服务体系提供科学依据,对提升员工健康素养、保障行业健康稳定发展具有重要现实价值。 本研究以煤炭企业员工健康信息素养为核心研究对象,在系统梳理国内外健康信息素养相关理论成果与实证研究的基础上,构建了包含健康信息意识、获取、评价、应用、伦理五个维度的煤炭企业员工健康信息素养理论框架。基于该框架,研究编制了适配煤炭企业员工的健康信息素养现状测评工具,并将其作为现状描述性统计分析和后续影响因素研究的核心工具。通过问卷调查的研究方法,本研究进一步结合煤炭企业员工的职业特性,探究煤炭企业员工的健康信息素养水平在不同人口变量学变量(年龄、受教育程度、岗位风险等级等)上存在的差异,同时剖析个人因素、社交因素、企业因素、信息因素对煤炭企业员工健康信息素养的影响机制,基于研究结果验证了煤炭企业员工健康信息素养影响因素模型。 研究结果表明,煤炭企业员工健康信息素养整体处于中等偏上水平,其中健康信息伦理认知与健康信息意识表现较好,但在健康信息评价(尤其是专业术语解读、信息真伪甄别)与健康信息应用(信息分享、实践转化等)维度存在明显不足。从影响因素来看,个人因素、社交因素、企业因素、信息因素均与员工健康信息素养呈显著正相关,企业因素在影响过程中发挥关键作用。基于上述研究结论,本研究从个人、企业、社会、国家四个层面提出协同提升策略,为全方位改善煤炭企业员工健康信息素养水平提供实践路径。 关键词:煤炭企业员工;健康信息素养;现状测评工具;影响因素;提升策略 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract Since the in-depth advancement of the "Healthy China" strategy, health information literacy, as a core element for enhancing national health literacy, has become increasingly prominent in importance. As a special occupational group that faces long-term underground work risks and a high incidence of occupational diseases, the health information literacy level of coal enterprise employees is not only directly related to their personal physical and mental health but also exerts a crucial impact on the high-quality development of the coal industry. However, existing studies show that coal enterprise employees still have significant shortcomings in health information literacy, which makes it difficult for them to fully meet the needs of occupational health protection and health management. Therefore, exploring the current characteristics of this group's health information literacy and proposing targeted improvement strategies can provide a scientific basis for coal enterprises to optimize employee health information education and improve the health service system, and hold important practical value for enhancing employees' health literacy and ensuring the healthy and stable development of the industry. This study takes the health information literacy of coal enterprise employees as the core research object. On the basis of systematically sorting out domestic and international theoretical achievements and empirical studies related to health information literacy, it constructs a theoretical framework of health information literacy for coal enterprise employees covering five dimensions: health information awareness, acquisition, evaluation, application, and ethics. Based on this framework, the study develops a health information literacy assessment tool adapted to coal enterprise employees, which is used as the core tool for descriptive statistical analysis of the current situation and subsequent research on influencing factors. Using the research method of questionnaire survey, this study further combines the occupational characteristics of coal enterprise employees to explore the differences in health information literacy levels among different demographic variables (such as age, education level, post risk level, etc.), and at the same time analyzes the influencing mechanisms of personal factors, social factors, enterprise factors, and information factors on the health information literacy of coal enterprise employees. Based on the research results, the influencing factor model of health information literacy for coal enterprise employees is verified. The research results show that the overall health information literacy of coal enterprise employees is at an upper-middle level, among which health information ethics cognition and health information awareness perform well, but there are obvious deficiencies in the dimensions of health information evaluation (especially the interpretation of professional terms and the identification of information authenticity) and health information application (information sharing, practical transformation, etc.). From the perspective of influencing factors, personal factors, social factors, enterprise factors, and information factors all show a significant positive correlation with employees' health information literacy, and enterprise factors play a key role in the influencing process. Based on the above research conclusions, this study proposes collaborative improvement strategies from the four levels of individual, enterprise, society, and the state, providing a practical path for comprehensively improving the health information literacy level of coal enterprise employees.
