| 中文摘要: | 近年来,国际上日趋激烈的竞争环境以及我国经济发展的需要,使我国的航空装备制造业企业面临着很多的挑战。传统航空装备制造业企业面临着缩短交货周期、提高产品质量、降低生产成本和改进服务品质的压力。与此同时,国有企业面临着以精益化为导向的更为高标准的考核和管理要求。这些都对传统国有航空装备制造企业的存货管理提出了更加严格的要求。 另一方面,存货作为企业的一项重要资产,占用着企业的大量现金,企业的存货是否合理、管理是否有序对企业的生产运营和效益具有重大的影响。对于企业而言,进行存货风险管理,合理对风险进行识别、评估和应对,是使企业存货指标健康、管理提升的重要手段。 本文在梳理国内外现有文献研究和理论基础上,结合国有航空装备制造业企业H公司的实际情况,进行了以其为案例的存货风险管理研究。本文阐述了H公司的存货结构及管理的现状以及存货风险管理现状。从H公司的存货风险管理现状来看,H公司的存货风险管理工作开展得比较晚,虽然有按照风险识别、风险评估、风险应对风险管理环节开展相关工作,但工作流于表面,存在着风险管理组织架构及文化建设缺失、风险识别不完善、风险评估不科学、风险应对策略质效欠佳的问题。结合H公司实际情况和风险管理相关理论,本文提出可以从加强存货风险管理组织架构及文化建设、完善风险识别方法、综合运用定性定量方法优化风险评估及提升风险应对质效四个方面来对H公司当前的存货风险管理进行优化,同时还需要提升存货风险管理人员能力、加强不同部门间的协同合作和提升信息化水平以保证各项优化方案的有效实施。希望通过本文的研究能对H公司及其他航空装备制造企业的存货风险管理产生一定的借鉴意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, the increasingly fierce international competitive environment and the needs of China's economic development have posed many challenges to China's aviation equipment manufacturing enterprises. Traditional aviation equipment manufacturing enterprises are under pressure to shorten the delivery cycle, improve product quality, reduce production costs and enhance service quality. Meanwhile, state-owned enterprises are confronted with more stringent assessment and management requirements oriented towards lean management. All these have put forward more stringent requirements for the inventory management of traditional state-owned aviation equipment manufacturing enterprises. On the other hand, inventory, as an important asset of an enterprise, occupies a large amount of the enterprise's cash. Whether the inventory of an enterprise is reasonable and whether the management is orderly have a significant impact on the production, operation and benefits of the enterprise. For enterprises, conducting inventory risk management, reasonably identifying, assessing and responding to risks, is an important means to keep the inventory indicators healthy and improve management. Based on the review of existing domestic and foreign literature research and theories, and in combination with the actual situation of Company H, a state-owned aviation equipment manufacturing enterprise, this paper conducts a study on inventory risk management with it as a case. This article expounds the current situation of inventory structure and management as well as inventory risk management of Company H. Judging from the current situation of inventory risk management in Company H, the inventory risk management work of Company H was carried out relatively late. Although relevant work was carried out in accordance with the risk identification, risk assessment, risk response and risk management links, the work was superficial. There exist problems such as the absence of risk management organizational structure and cultural construction, imperfect risk identification, unscientific risk assessment, and poor quality and efficiency of risk response strategies. Combined with the actual situation of Company H and relevant theories of risk management, this paper proposes that the current inventory risk management of Company H can be optimized from four aspects: strengthening the organizational structure and cultural construction of inventory risk management, improving the risk identification methods, comprehensively applying qualitative and quantitative methods to optimize risk assessment, and enhancing the quality and efficiency of risk response. At the same time, it is necessary to enhance the capabilities of inventory risk management personnel, strengthen the collaborative cooperation among different departments, and improve the level of informatization to ensure the effective implementation of various optimization plans. It is hoped that the research of this article can provide certain reference significance for the inventory risk management of Company H and other aviation equipment manufacturing enterprises. | |
