| 中文摘要: | 随着科技的发展,汽车和汽车工业应运而生,时间进入21世纪以来,汽车从奢侈品逐渐成为进入千家万户的必需品。在汽车行业本身质量要求维持在较高水平的情况下,整个行业没有也不会满足于现状。质量管理的问题没有止境。作为汽车产业链的一环,O公司是一家专业生产汽车尾灯的汽车零部件企业,为国内多家汽车厂商提供尾灯总成产品。虽然已经成立了12年,但是其质量管理仍然存在很多不足。 作为一种管理理论,六西格玛得到了广泛的认可和实施。本研究以车灯制造厂O公司为研究对象,利用六西格玛的质量管理方法,对该公司的关键质量问题进行优化。 首先阐述了公司管理的研究背景和意义,梳理了研究目的、研究方法和研究思路。然后,回顾了质量管理的相关理论和工具,为研究提供理论基础和工具。其次,对国内外相关研究进行综述,阐明相关问题的研究现状。第三,介绍了公司的现状,介绍了公司的主要生产流程和核心制造工艺。着重介绍了焊接工序的质量问题,探讨了六西格玛改进实施的可行性和必要性。按照六西格玛管理方法的DMAIC流程对问题展开研究,为了深入挖掘质量问题的根本原因,将过程能力分析、因果图、DOE实验设计等质量工具综合运用。最终得出关键工艺问题的解决办法,是产品焊接后推力试验的结果达到客户要求,提高了客户满意程度。最后,从组织保障、顶层设计、质量文化等方面制定了保障措施。为六西格玛管理在O公司内部持续广泛的推广和应用提供土壤。 本文研究了利用六西格玛理论在汽车尾灯制造过程中进行的质量改进。将六西格玛的DMAIC改进流程应用于尾灯焊接质量改进,解决了尾灯焊接过程中出现的焊线强度不足等质量问题。提高了相关技术和质量人员的专业能力的同时,也提升了公司保证质量的能力。对于同行业的尾灯焊接过程改善也具有一定的参考意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the development of technology, automobiles and the automotive industry have emerged. Since the beginning of the 21st century, automobiles have gradually become a necessity that has entered millions of households from luxury goods. In the automotive industry, where quality requirements are maintained at a high level, the entire industry is not and will not be satisfied with the status quo. The problem of quality management knows no bounds. As a part of the automotive industry chain, O Company is a professional automotive parts enterprise that produces automotive taillights and provides taillight assembly products to multiple domestic automotive manufacturers. Although it has been established for 12 years, there are still many shortcomings in its quality management. As a management theory, Six Sigma has been widely recognized and implemented. This study takes O Company, a car lamp manufacturing plant, as the research object, and uses the Six Sigma quality management method to optimize the key quality issues of the company. Firstly, the research background and significance of company management were elaborated, and the research objectives, methods, and ideas were sorted out. Then, the relevant theories and tools of quality management were reviewed, providing a theoretical basis and tools for research. Secondly, a review of relevant research at home and abroad is conducted to clarify the current research status of related issues. Thirdly, the current situation of the company was introduced, including its main production processes and core manufacturing techniques. Emphasis was placed on the quality issues of welding processes, and the feasibility and necessity of implementing Six Sigma improvement were discussed. According to the DMAIC process of Six Sigma management method, research is conducted on problems. In order to deeply explore the root causes of quality issues, quality tools such as process capability analysis, cause and effect diagrams, and DOE experimental design are comprehensively applied. The ultimate solution to the key process issues was to ensure that the thrust test results of the product after welding met customer requirements and improved customer satisfaction. Finally, safeguard measures have been formulated in terms of organizational support, top-level design, and quality culture. Provide soil for the continuous and extensive promotion and application of Six Sigma management within O company. This thesis investigates the quality improvement in the manufacturing process of automotive taillights using Six Sigma theory. The application of Six Sigma DMAIC improvement process to improve the quality of tail light welding has solved quality problems such as insufficient welding wire strength during the tail light welding process. While improving the professional abilities of relevant technical and quality personnel, it also enhances the company's ability to ensure quality. It also has certain reference significance for improving the welding process of taillights in the same industry. | |
